I've never had a problem getting a quick appointment, getting help from the nursing staff, or other delays. No problems whatever with my visit summaries going immediately to MyChart. As they're associated with the UM doctors' network I know I'm getting great care and when referred, will also be receiving superior treatment (I've had colon surgery and a hernia operation through their referrals. Overall one of the best clinics I've experienced over might lifetime.

I have also had a ton of issues with them coding my visits wrong, so my insurance does not cover the appointment. Example: during my annual physical exam which is covered by my insurance 100%, however, the DOCTOR asked me additional questions regarding my overall health and because of that they didn't code this visit as an annual physical exam so it was not covered. They did the same thing with my annual Mammogram. They mis coded this visit so it was not covered 100%. They are only focused on making money and not on the patient care. It's actually unethical.

When I visited this clinic for my annual check up I felt like the cleanliness of the facility, the modern design, patient -doctor and medical staff treatment, and ease of maneuvering through the different clinics were phenomenal. It was a combination of going to the airport without the hassle and the customer savvy style of the Apple Store. I literally had my mind blown because I was very impressed that staff were required to wear uniforms like airline staff. I was assisted at check-in by the staff who took my picture with the Microsoft surface and then gave me a badge to wear while I waited to be seen. As I waited - which was not long at all, I noticed that they had a complimentary refreshments station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. At every turn I was impressed. Then when I went to get labs done I received a buzzer, similar to what you get at red lobster or Applebee's when you wait get notified that your table is ready. I was in and out of this place in no time. Loved the efficiency and hope they maintain this high level of service. P.s. They also have a cafe!

An update to the handicap parking problems…read more The only handicap spots are still only in a parking lot you have to pay for. The clinic told me there was "plenty" of street parking. There is not. On either side of the building that is no parking on the street. There are parking spots in front of the building on the street. Those spots are limited because of competition with customers to about a dozen business and several apartment buildings. This location is between two bus stops so you'll have to walk at least a block to get to the building.
