I forgot my water on a hot day and dry. They have water now and ice cold. Thank you! The new Office/Welcome guy was friendly and seemed to care. When I left he remembered I had forgotten my water and brought me water for going to pharmacy and errands. Then he walked me out holding both doors. I was in pain and exhausted, it was nice to know someone cared. Jill, PA was healing in just listening and her care felt like the care I used to get when younger. I was her focus, I maybe older but not brain dead Thank you for your care and respect your empathy . I almost cancelled my appointment, it was getting to be too much and ugh a Doctor visit. I was exhausted, in pain and it seemed to much a long with having to do doggy day care. My appointment lifted me and my spirits. I am so glad I went. read more

I started receiving my care at the Crystal office about four months ago. My billing experience was AWEFUL! I switched my Clinic of over seven years to Herself Health because of the 65 or older targeted care for women. On my first visit before I met with the Dr. they told me I needed to meet with the billing specialist first. I wanted to make sure I was in-network so I asked the billing specialist Ashley over six times to be sure that I was in-network because I have never in all my life used an out-of-network provider. Ashley finally said yes, I was in network after checking it out on her computer. Ashley also told me she had made a mistake and said my billing information was documented under a medicare plan. I told her I was using my husband's work insurance and that I did not have a Part-B medicare plan to bill under and gave Ashley my insurance card from my husband's employment. She said she would remove the medicare medical information and replace it with my current medical insurance. A couple days later I receive and email from Ashley who tells me how sorry she is to have to inform me that Herself Health was out-of-network with my insurance, after she had told me my insurance was in-network. Now starts the battle of having to contact countless people about Ashley's aggregious mistake only in the long-run to be given the run-around. I asked for the CEO's name and contact information and of course that was not provided to me. No immediate superviosr on the sight would bother to talk to me. Billing now has there lines on automatic voicemail. Herself Health is trying to stiff me with an out-of-network medical bill that my in-network benefits would have paid-out at 100% because my deductible is met for the year. They also referred me for diagnostic test which I received a bill for over $900 dollars. They did not provide the on-site testing laboratory with any of my insurance information which resulted in a $900 bill plus. I did call the testing labortoray which was a seperate bill from the Dr.'s office visit, and gave them my insurance information which thank GOD, that laboratory was in-network with my insurance company. They told me that the medical provider who referred me to the testing laboratory should have provided my insurance information they had on file, and of course Herself Health did not provide any of my medical insurance information to the testing laboratory which resulted in a $900 plus bill. Ashley was totally incompetent and I would advise that you do not take her word for whether you are in-network or out-of network. Ashley did not change the incorrect medicare insurance information that she put in my chart as she had told me she would. All lies she told me "A Senior Citizen," and now I am the one who has to clean up her mess. If I was not a business woman I would be out-of-luck, stuck with out-of-network BILLS that I could not afford to pay. But I am a business woman, smart and intelligent and can take care of myself. But, what about the women who don't know what to do in this type of situation and trust in the medical providers that serviced them, and those medical providers namely Herself Health in this case, turnes out to be a liar and a fraud. They won't be able to give me the run-a-round for long. I will not pay any out-of-network charges when I have an email stating it was Ashley's fault. Beware of lying providers like Ashley who will tell senior citizens anything to make money for the company she works for. Herself Health employed her and I do not think this is the first time she lied to a senior citizen about their in-network verses out-of net work benefits, and then sticks them with an out-of-network bill. I am fighting back. Seniors pay attention! Don't be fooled by an imcompetent Ashley who works in the billing department, lies to you, and you end up with a falsified fraudulent bill that they will try and make you pay. Fight Back Seniors! I had a wart removed about 5 or 6 weeks ago. I remember the NP injected me aroud 2-3 times because I remember remarking on it seemed like a lot of injections. Within 24 hours, I was in excruciating pain and the injection site was red, pulsating and GROWING! I talked a couple of times with Jill on the phone at this clinic who started me on antibiotics and who felt an appointment after the weekend seemed in order but that I should go to Urgent Care if I felt worse before then. I felt worse and went to Urgent Care at Park Nicollet (my regular clinic) and they drained it. I called the Herself Clinic to complain and asked who I could talk to about that. The person answering the phone gave me an email of the Clinic Manager and I wrote her a note explaining how I thought the NP had burned me with too many injections. No answer. I called again days later and this time I got the Clinic Manager on the line. She said she didn't know my name, because of HEPA she couldn't call me, that she had asked the NP to call me (never happened) and pretty much said, "Burns can happen" and didn't think the NP had excessive injections. When I told her who told me to send an email, she realized this new employee didn't know that was the wrong information. I decided to do my followup with my Park Nicollet Clinic and was referred to the Wound Center there as well. The first week after this happened, I pretty much was confined to bed, off my foot totally, with pain meds. It took a month before I could wear a shoe on that foot again - I had to wear an open toe sandal for a month. In summary: I WAS excited about finding a clinic who gave me the time I needed and who LISTENED. They did do that in the times I went there. I have not decided if I will return to give it another try with Jill who was very helpful on the phone during my "toe" ordeal. FYI: They do not have a physician on staff, and haven't since I started there last spring. I would prefer a physician on site as well as NP's. read more

I've been there twice and have been really pleased with the staff and how things get done. I was tired of the Park Nicollet machine and would recommend this to everyone. They listened to my concerns, I was able to get an appointment the same day or within a day or two , tests are done on the spot. read more
