I was blindly charged $98 for my consultation that I wasn't aware of until I got to the front counter to check out. The main Dentist came up and spoke to me a few minutes until I just asked for what all I was being charged with since all they did was bring me back poked a few of my front teeth meanwhile trying to force me to get X-rays the same day for $700. CRAZY for someone shopping places/options right?? They agree it wasn't safe since I was 6 mths pregnant....right I know. At check out/rescheduling the clerk presented the charge of $98 but no work was done we just talked. Prior to my arrival I checked their website show it's a "free consultation" *If you're reading this you're like me and research where you're going especially if you plan on spending money.* Even once I called and talked to the front desk they mentioned they weren't aware of that promo still showing on the site. Website listed their address and phone number to date but not a priced promo? But I did take my services to Great river 0rthodontics it's been one year of braces and I'm happy just goes to show I was willing to spend money but they weren't honest . Bad business , Beware !!

I had called to ask them to refund my over pay. Dr. Dan Lam refused to refund and offer me to come back to redo it with the silver ( the material they should used in the first time ). "I must be out of my mind if I take his offer" I told the front desk lady name Amira . I had report this to MN Attorney General Office and MN Board Of Dentistry and file a complaint to my Delta Dental Insurance. As a result the Insurance had instructed Dr. Dan Lam refund my over pay. It is included MN Care tax and extra cost for expensive material that they made me pay.

My all time dentist retired during covid, I searched for a similar dentist, I read so many reviews and wanted the quality & integrity (found a shady dentist in my search so yes there is no decent dentist in Andover) I found the one with all the skills if needed in this MapleGrove Gem! (I am a tad bit nervous nelly )- I have only been completely pleased with Weimar Family Dentistry....when it comes to annual check ups- my hygienist and Dr Weimar take that nervousness all away! Dr. Weimar is always an inspiration with his wise words. 12/6/2022 - another visit to have an implant done. Again staff and Dr Weimar were exceptionally pleasant and competent. I always feel comfortable and in "good hands" here. 10/12/ 2022 - came in again, to have my implant checked. Dr Weimar and Lara were professional and reassuring again ! 06/02/2021 - again the staff and Dr Weimar gave me a pleasant experience. I can't remember my mouth feeling this good. 09/24/2020 - update Came in for a root canal and the experience was more pleasurable than I expected. Dr Weimar is a true expect and professional. His sssustance was very helpful and comforting. Thank you Very experienced hygienist. I came in for implants and had all my questions answered. Patient Services Linda, was very kind and helpful. Dr Weimar was very informative and found other discrete issues with my teeth. I'm glad I came !
