So I needed some film developed and I looked on Yelp and found this company near where my…read moregrandchild lives. So I went and I dropped off 32 rolls of film that needed developed. Yes I said 32! I actually had 33 rolls but there was one that they could not develop, an old disc from a disc camera. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and he told me my options for getting them developed and also what the cost would be. The shop is a very nice shop and has many examples of their work inside. They also have a shop dog and he is very friendly he will also let you know he has treats down on the end of the counter :) When I went to pick up my photos they were very nicely packaged in their envelopes and all of the envelopes were in boxes. I also dropped off 140 slides to have them printed. When I picked up the slides they were also nicely packaged and I had a disc of them and a couple of boxes that contained all of the prints. I am very happy with the service provided and will look to them in the near future to build an album of some old pictures.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today regarding a clear pricing error and,…read moremore importantly, the way I was treated by management. I found a large painting that had two separate price tags for $4. Every other painting in that same rack was also marked $4. When I got to the register, I was told it was a mistake and the price was actually $14. When I spoke with the manager to ask if they would honor the price, given that it was marked twice and the entire rack was consistent, and she refused. Instead of taking responsibility for a clear clerical error, she told me that "customers switch tags" and insisted on full price. It is one thing to have a pricing mistake, but it is another to imply that the customer is being dishonest. To be accused of switching tags when the evidence of a store-wide marking error was right in front of them was insulting. I've always enjoyed shopping here for my home projects, but I won't be back after being treated like a scammer over a $10 difference.

I love to go to craft stores that are different from what I find at home but this one just didn't excite me. It seems it is more about home decor than crafting. I was looking for specific painting supplies that would have been totally available in the stores I shop in at home but they didn't have any of the items I was looking for. 8/29--I went back here today for another item and when I (politely and cheerfully, even apologetically) asked a clerk where I would find it, she was downright rude to me, like I was terribly inconveniencing her to have to tell me! What the heck does she think she's working there for if not to help the customers!?!

Before she left the manager stopped by and the cashier asked if the 40% applied to it. They said no and said she needed to return the items she BOUGHT before she left the store or it would be considered theft. They said they would call the police if she refused. She returned the items and left. I contacted corporate and they said we should hear back from a manager, but we were dealing with the manager.
