I had a very disappointing experience at this location today regarding a clear pricing error and, more importantly, the way I was treated by management. I found a large painting that had two separate price tags for $4. Every other painting in that same rack was also marked $4. When I got to the register, I was told it was a mistake and the price was actually $14. When I spoke with the manager to ask if they would honor the price, given that it was marked twice and the entire rack was consistent, and she refused. Instead of taking responsibility for a clear clerical error, she told me that "customers switch tags" and insisted on full price. It is one thing to have a pricing mistake, but it is another to imply that the customer is being dishonest. To be accused of switching tags when the evidence of a store-wide marking error was right in front of them was insulting. I've always enjoyed shopping here for my home projects, but I won't be back after being treated like a scammer over a $10 difference. read more

It's always a pleasant outing to go to Hobby Lobby. To see rows and rows of items that are displayed so nicely & are packed full of things that all want to come and live at my house - it can be dangerous to my wallet EXCEPT I know to watch the sales! The staff at this store are all pleasant & extra helpful. Aisles are nice and wide & easy to maneuver all over the building easily. Plan on an hour to wander the entire store - you really don't want to miss anything!! read more

This is a good craft store. They have a lot of home decor, lots of it is pretty, trendy but also almost all of it is made in China. So I don't buy a lot of home decor there but I do buy a lot of crafting supplies. They have fabrics, notions, patterns. They have everything for knitting, crochet, needlework of all kinds. They have paper crafting supplies, beading supplies, baking supplies, and floral arranging. They also do custom framing. I LOVE that they are closed on Sunday. People who work retail need a break. read more

I am a guy...and I love Hobby Lobby. Maybe not as much as my better half but it is just a great idea store with something every craft enthusiast requires. Fabrics, paints, housewares, crafts, etc. A really cool store to kick around in. My wife spends considerable time and money here for various things and I never mind tagging along. Even my kids like it. Prices will usually be higher but if you look careful coupons can lessen the price hit. read more

I will not be back to this establishment. Over the last few months I have spent nearly $1,000.00 for my sons graduation party. I returned on several occasions to buy the things I needed for decor, table placements and arts and crafts. There is a male manager that has always been kind. Each time, I've asked if I don't use this may I return it and have been told, "absolutely." They've also told me if I don't have my receipt they can use my credit card to look up an item. I even returned some balloons that were faulty and burst when I added helium. Today, I decided to make some returns on items I did not use or wasn't what I thought it to be. Teresa was assisting me and everything was fine. Julie walked over grabbing the receipts and quite frankly being nosey and was simply in the way. She was inspecting each item as if I just ate off of it, making snide comments to Teresa and being very snippy. I even walked away myself to do a price check since she couldn't make herself useful. She told me there were items I couldn't return because they'd been opened. I told her the items were not as advertised and they returned things before that were faulty. I asked for a manager in hopes of getting rid of Julie. Kristin walks over and Julie instantly snapped at her, WE CAN'T RETURN THOSE ITEMS and speaking on my behalf. The "manager" asked if I had receipts and I said yes or you can check my credit card. She acted as if she was going to assist me. But Julie pretty much TOLD Kristin what to do. Who's the manager!? Julie needs to stay in her lane, literally and Kristin isn't cut out to be a manager if she can't make decisions on her own. By the end of the transaction I was being treated poorly by all three employees. Julie was the bad energy that rubbed off on Teresa and Kristin and you don't need people like that representing your company. I was there for 30 minutes and did not appreciate how I was treated. Heavens, no! Cashiers and floor people are easily frazzled. Something that was on hold for me couldn't be located because someone in the floral department was on their lunch break -- what?! Some of the worst costumer service in a retail setting I've ever received. The computers here can't tell the employees what they have in stock (what?), nor can the computers tell them the sizes of their products (diameter of cake plates, for example). Hot mess. read more

My favorite place to go when I'm off. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is well appointed and fully stocked great isle spaces,and lighting always on par. Their sales are the best. The only thing is like more than shopping here would be priveledged enough to be employees here. Just love all this company stands for. read more

This Hobby Lobby has just about anything you could imagine for the crafty type! And then some! They always have great rotating sales items and picture frames always on sale! Checkout can be a little frustrating since the cashiers have to input every item code in manually as there is no scanner to scan items which seems ridiculous in 2017 not to mention extremely time consuming. So there is usually a slow line at checkout. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful. I always seem to find something I didn't even know I was looking for! This place in Noblesville would not give me store credit because I didn't have the receipt. When I asked for the manager she told me the manager was busy. Horrible customer service. I go there often and spend a lot of money there. I don't know if I will return. Very disappointed. read more

Every hobby lobby I go to is amazing. Love this one, it's close to my house and it's pet friendly! In the winter it's really hard to get your dogs exercise so we find places we can take them to walk. We have been coming to hobby lobby's for the past year with our first puppy and that's how we socialized him and our new puppy now too. Everyone is so kind and excited to help. Almost every decoration in our house, we bought/made from here. The prices are always amazing and there are always sales. Even the people shopping are always so nice. read more

Disappointing lack of stationary and journaling supplies. Limited variety of stationary- nothing pretty and elegant to write letters asking my bridesmaids to be in my wedding. I know writing letters is outdated to some people but I thought a craft and hobby store would have more paper. Most of their "stationary" was printer paper with corny clip art. Also no bullet journal supplies at all (though one person I asked said they had heard of it and thought they were getting some in the next remodel or so, another person I asked who was working in the journal area was unhelpful and rude. I was able to find bullet journals at Target so no reason to go to specialty store... that didn't stock it anyways. read more

I've always been able to find what I was looking for here. They have a great variety! I have always loved Hobby Lobby and the kind people that work there. I recently made a purchase of the Cricut Explore Air 2 due to the sale price, but was mistakenly given the Cricut Maker (the Cricut Maker has higher skills and is about an extra $150). With all the Hobby Lobby workers have helped me with in the past, I wanted to return the kindness and called to explain the mistake. Very frustrated with the customer service I have received. I want to help and save the store the expense of this mistake, but the worker was extremely rude over the phone. I love going here. It's a huge store. I was really surprised the first time I entered. They have a great selection of picture frames, and tons of home decor. They also sell things for crafts. I wouldn't recommend buying prismacolor color pencils here. You can buy them WAY cheaper on Amazon. Most of the other things there seem to be priced ok though. read more

The custom framing lady was not at all happy to talk with me. I was very polite with her.
