Melissa at the front desk is awesome. She's pleasant, follows through with what she says she's going to do, and made sure I kept getting routed to someone. The rest of my experience was unfortunately not stellar. I originally called, spoke to an advisor and was asked to bring my car in to evaluate in person to be given an estimate. I drove the 18 miles out there spoke to the advisor who took photos and told me he would call back. I never heard from him again so I called back eventually and was told I needed to come back again because the photos didn't work for the technician, which I did. I later eventually dropped the car off to have some PPF pieces added and trim up any older pieces that needed to be cleaned up. When I picked up the car a couple days later the window trim was hanging off, some of the new PPF wasn't laying flat, other pieces that I was told they would do didn't get done (with no mention of why or adjustment in my final bill relative to the estimate), and pieces that clearly could be trimmed were not. I know they're capable of doing amazing work but it felt like someone took my request for some extra cash and rushed it just to collect payment. read more

Park Plaza Auto Spa was great. Rather than taking the money, they inform me that repairs would be more than what the car was actually worth. I know what you're thinking, if it's a $5,000 car and repairs are $10,000 that's a no-brainer. It wasn't like that. The situation was I can put the money into repairs, but it wouldn't be long and something else was going to malfunction or break and it would be another $1,500 $2,000. The car was worn out and repairs were going to nickel and dime me to death. So I called Pick-n-Pull. JB let the car sit in their lot for over a week, until Pick-n-Pull could come pick it up. Yes, that is my car raked with bullet holes and a broken windshield. I was sitting in the driver's seat when a random shooter on a random shooting spree crossed my path. He put his last three rounds into my car, then through the gun at my windshield. read more

Please bear with me... I have been detailing my own vehicles for 50 years and have never ever seen such a detailed cleaning that I received today. This is my daughters RAV4 the substitutes for a dog kennel These guys were using cleaning techniques I have never seen (high velocity air, ultra violet light with the vacuum etc.) they took that dirty car and made it show room ready in under an hour. Having an older car with quirks, I was hesitant to let anyone mess with it, but Hanna took the time to write down everything to ensure there weren't any snags while my car was in for a wash/detail. Hanna was very personable and seemed genuinely interested in the vehicle (surprising since I know this isn't a high-end Porsche or Lambo). After the team did an amazing job getting my car shining bright, Hanna walked out with me to ensure everyone looked good and even ran back inside to grab a towel to care for some light water spots on the glass (great service). I've spent decades doing concours level detailing (meaning 18 to 48 hours preparing a car that started at what most would consider clean). As such, I'm very picky. However a busy life with 4 kids makes it hard for me to find time to do my minimum 4 hours a basic cleaning, so I decided to give Park Place a try again. I had mediocre results in the past, but this summer I spoke to the management and they made sure they did it right. In fact, the did such a good job on the detail that I brought them all three of my vehicles - all of which have black or navy blue paint - and they turned out great. The attached photos were actually from a interior only detail, but they made the outside look great again too. If you catch them outside of their busiest times, their basic wash will get the careful attention of up to 3 people and turns out quite nice. When they are packed with cars it kinda sucks and isn't worth the price paid. I do recommend them for interior and exterior details though as they do nice work. I also trust them with carpet shampooing which is something most places end up doing a horrific job with and introduce mold into your car by not extracting the water properly. I highly recommend taking the time to talk to Taylor before they work on your car and afterwards - the makes sure its done right. His customer service is fantastic and he does exactly what he says. The prices are a bit steep and if your car is really bad then nobody can top Island Detail in Seattle, but your price and experience will be better here for sure. read more

When I think of a 5 star car wash experience, I think of one where service is easy to book and efficient, the car is cleaned with attention to detail, and pricing is fair. Keep in mind, I often spend hours doing my own paint correction and detailing in my own garage. **HIGHLIGHTS** Booking Experience/Efficiency: They had 5 staff working on it, so the car was in and out within 20 minutes. Booking online was through a somewhat confusing, but the lady over the phone was very helpful. Car Cleaning: I had a soft top convertible. The interior spiff was beyond what I expected it to be. Even all the crevices in the taillights were cleaned and dried with a brush and microfibre. Pricing: This was the best value I found for a exterior wash and a light interior clean. **ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT** - The online booking interface and some of the packaging comes across as confusing to me. - The spray wax I added for $5 left the paint feeling rough after the wash. Would recommend customers skipping this option, and perhaps Park Place could check out different quick wax products (Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax is a favourite of mine - it's applied when the car is still wet). **VERDICT** I can't see myself going to an automated wash and pricing for a full exterior wash and light interior clean at other places is at least 50% higher. Hidden gem for sure. Everyone from checking in to Taylor to Joe the manager and others ensuring I was being helped were all friendly, professional, and fantastic. The waiting room with the bay window looking into the wash garage is fantastic for the nervous Nellie who has separation anxiety with his/her vehicle as I do. But nothing to worry about here. They took real good care of my baby. Car was very clean and done quickly (20 min). A few nitnoids that I think could step it up a notch include: -air drying the mirrors so water isn't spraying the car upon driving off; -not disturbing the air vent and physical switch settings; -consider, as an option to clean under the rear wing, since it is encased during parking mode. Price point is good however if your car has been sitting in dirt and grime for months together, I wouldn't expect it to be sparkling clean. I would probably go back if I need a maintenance wash once in a year and then I would go to a place like the brown bear once a month to get the remaining dirt out. Was able to get an appointment for an interior detail the next day for my 2015 CRV. They looked over my car with me to see my main concerns and said they would throw in an exterior wash. I dropped off around 8am and it was ready for 3:30PM. They did an AMAZING job. I am pretty sure it was cleaner than the day we bought it. I paid a little over $200 for a fullsize SUV wash, wax and leather conditioning but imagine my surprise when I found parts of my car not vacuum, the third row leather not condition and some stain in the paint still there(which I was able to remove with some wax at home. I've been taking my now 10 year old BMW to Park Place Auto Salon for many years. Prior to that, I had many shelves of auto detailing liquids, pads, buffers, clothes and gadgets, and spent entire weekends cleaning and detailing my vehicle. I've entered many times in concours events and have multiple trophies to show for it. I _thought_ I knew how to detail (or even wash) my vehicles, but Park Place puts me to shame. Even the standard 20 minute hand wash (with 3 to 5 people performing the service mind you... it can't be replicated in that time at home!) is a step up from my 2 hour endeavor to drag all my equipment out (including pressure washer and foam gun) and hose ready, move the car into position and soak, wash, dry, touch up, dry some more, wipe down and put all the equipment away and finally put the car back in the garage. They also offer excellent detail packages. I love love love their ceramic coating detail - my car stays cleaner longer, is much faster to spot clean and microscratches are greatly minimized compared to a carnuba or even synthetic wax. I've also used Park Place for paintless dent repair (PDR) with fantastic results. I was pretty worried about a dent in an awkward crease in the door. Taylor understood my distraught state and guided the work to get exactly the outcome I was hoping for. A "pro tip" for those who like to maintain an extra clean car is that you'll want to do one wipe down after a car wash at Park Place - door and trunk/hatch hinges and under the engine bay are typically still wet and will collect dust if not thoroughly dried. I just make sure to keep a microfiber cloth handy in the trunk and spend a lazy 5 minutes on this task after arriving at my next destination. read more

I've used both their Car Wash and Detail services and have no qualms bringing my vehicles here for any of their services. One of the biggest benefits of their large operation is speed. Other detailers who are 1 or 2 person operations require a lot more time, and you get a car where the interior is still damp. Their interior products don't leave strong odors or leave hard surfaces super slippery/shiny. I have a dog who sheds quite a bit and have never had to spring for pet hair removal. The included vacuuming is enough to pull all the hair out of the carpets. As a side note, everyone from service and sales to the newly acquired Sunmark, are never pushy and take the time to converse with customers. I've gotten a lot of free advice, have spent hours just gawking at cars with no pressure. Everyone I've met are genuine car-enthusiasts and whether I drive up in my offroad piece of junk, or something exotic or rare, I'm treated the same. read more

Leather looks a little better but the space between the leather segments are still dirty. This is not a professional service and they would not address the issue after bringing it to their attention right after they serviced my car. It was a waste of my money. I was referred to this salon at my workplace. This is my first experience with car's body and wheel cap scratch repairs. From the moment I entered the place, I was treated with respect and care. The front desk employee was honest about the cost and how the repairs would look in terms of quality. He scheduled the drop off and arranged a storage for later pickup so that the car does not weather after the detailing. I also added a car detailing to remove the gunk and grime that have settled on the car over time. They did an excellent job overall. The scratch repairs were fantastic. The car looked like it is coming out of a showroom after the detailing. I cannot comment about the pricing since this is my first ever visit to a car salon. I just get really, really tired from working so much and don't have the physical energy to want to bend in all directions to clean my car. Luckily there's businesses like this that do it for you and it was way, way more cheaper and convenient to take my car here than to find a stay at home husband to do errands like this for me. It's really easy to schedule online and find this place, it's not located on the main road, but your gps will take you to the main road where there's obvious signs of where to turn in. Jackson and the team helped me with my car and I couldn't be happier with the results, I love my car and feel a whole lot better driving with a clean car now. Even my dog says so, lol. Plus, I don't have to add a million filters on Instagram to hide how dirty my car was, hahaha. I have nothing but great things to say about Park Place. My first time here, and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and nice. I'm sure the puppy I had with me had nothing to do with it ;) I made an appointment ahead of time, and arrived a few mins early. I informed them of my furry companion, and they told me it was no problem. My car was whisked away, and I setup camp on the couch. While the time I was quoted to get my car done was only an estimate, they ran over a bit but I didn't mind. I prefer it's done right, then have to return or complain.
