The inside lobby is stunning and has plenty of spaces to work from home during the pandemic.

Great value for the money. I have lived here a few years now and have enjoyed it. The area is…read morequiet, safe and located close to the mall, not to mention most of the major highways. There have been no crime(s) here that I am aware of since moving in. The management is quick to respond to reported issues and are always friendly. My neighbors have been quiet and people generally keep to themselves. No crazy drama going on outside either. The buildings are well maintained. They plow snow, cut the grass...etc etc...If you have a problem in the apartment, let them know and they will send someone out the next business day. (they have people available for emergencies of course..) It isn't the most fancy place you can find, but I think they are decent enough. They have pay laundry rooms in each building, a bit of room for storage in the basement areas. (Figure about another 20 dollars per month for this..) Heat / hot water is included in the price of rent, this is a good value. You pay for electric. (60-100 a month in my experience...) Traffic in and around the area isn't too bad, but you should learn some back roads during the Christmas time! Mall traffic is crazy on 202. Well worth checking out!

I've been living here for 5 years in a row now so I guess I'm qualified for some comments. I've…read morebeen to some of my friends' rental places in the area and none of them is both as good and affordable as Belmont Village. It's located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and it feels rather safe as well. Maintenance is usually quick and easy - all I need to do is to write an email about the issue and couple of days later I come home to find the issue resolved. It's got secured building entrance, but package delivery is right to my door. Staffs are really nice although I don't really find the need to talk to them much. There are more than enough parking spots for both the tenants and guests. The lovely little pool could be an addition, if I loved water (and I don't). Another perk is free heating, not sure if that's standard in the area but there's big savings during Pennsylvania winters. As for downsides, there really isn't anything major to complain about, considering the price. Shared laundry, spotty wireless signal (I'm AT&T), monopoly of Xfinity internet, plain design and decoration, and that's about it. The storage might be a bit tight but for a guy it has been quite enough. So overall, it's totally worth the price. And they allow cats!

Very expensive for a cheap looking apartment. Infested with mice and various bugs, including…read moreroaches. The hallways stink. Walls are thin. Balconies are teeny. My freaking garbage disposal keeps breaking, and the faucet in the shower is broken. Literally water comes out of the shower head and bottom faucet at the same time although you turn it on for the shower head to spray water. There's hardly anywhere to park. There is only one little children's park but two dog parks???? Staff sucks. They add a bunch of charges onto your account all the time so you constantly have to fight to get them off. They make you pay for shitty amenities. Laundry room SUCKS in all caps. My ceiling keeps leaking. There's a huge lump in my carpet (I'm not sure what it is but it prevents me from opening my door all the way). It's extremely hard to contact the corporate office. They want your money but don't want to assist with any issues you're having. If your neighbor is using a whole bunch of water, guess what? You're gonna pay for it too. People drag race in front of the buildings too at night when you're trying to sleep... This place is too expensive for all of the bs that comes along with it. I feel as though these two bed room apartments should be an easy $1,300 and even that's pushing it because they aren't worth s*it. Yet we are still getting charged $1,700-$1,900 for these disgusting units. Live here at your own risk.
