Most important, Dr. Hans was completely up front and vocal about each step of the process, how and why things were happening. And maybe I'm just lucky, but he didn't try to use the typical line of trying to set up regular appointments. He gave me some useful advice on how to control my pain, and said "call me if you need me". Amazing. His office is clean, up to date, and extremely pleasant.
