I'm not from here. But my local friend thought food court at Parkdale Mall would serve as the purpose for a quick bite. Came here just to be disappointed. The selections are great in the stores, organization well. Clothing are clean. Value are a bit reasonable, some things are priced a bit up. The floors look dirty, look like an school floor. The rooms smell weird for some reason, it was smelling like pee, that's weird. The service, some people are nice, but they got some rude people. One of the employees were rude to my parents, bro wtf. Simple review / cliffnotes since everything already has been covered. *Small but good enough for the area *One of two malls in the immediate area *Shows aging but decent interior. *Parking lot is still kind of dark at nights but has roving security *Decent sporadic shops inside so there is hope. *Average over all, not bad, not stellar. *Has a movie cinema but not worth it, drive 10 miles away to Tinsletown for a better experience. *Has a quaint food court, you won't starve looking for a place to eat but do not expect much of a choice neither. read more

‼Attention‼ My daughter and I entered the store to possibly purchase another pair of sunglasses..we were browsing the sunglasses like all potential buyers..the sales associates wouldn't give us no DAMN room..she was all over us. She then stepped back and was watching from afar. Just because we enter a store doesn't mean we steal or preparing to steal SUNGLASS HUT!! You can't be of COLOR and go Nowhere these days. Don't worry SUNGLASS HUT ill go buy my shades somewhere else. How about the shades I purchased (not at the HUT) below?? So cute!! We originally only stopped by to go to David's Bridal which is at the mall, but has no mall entrance if that makes sense. We decided to do a quick walk through while we were there. There's tons of food choices at the food court. A lot of stores to shop at and an awesome arcade room for the kids and young at heart. It's called Tilt and it's HUGE!! We took the kids for about an hour. We will definitely be returning when we have more time to hang out. read more

Parkdale Mall is suffering from recent retrenchment policies from larger stores. They just lost their Macy's. A few years ago, Dillards consolidated two large stores into one. Several years ago, Montgomery Ward went out of business and left. Parkdale still has a variety of shops to please most people. Dillard's and The Gap will cover most needs of the upwardly mobile. JCPenney has economical fashions in great quantity. There is still a tobacco shop and a couple of game shops. The food court is good for a quick snack. Lots of variety there. All in all, it's not going to ever be a Galleria-class mall, but there is still plenty to offer the family. read more

As a kid, someone told me that this mall was the second largest in Texas. As an adult, I'm highly skeptical of that. I recently stopped in for my first visit in a few years after moving out of state, and the mall was just as crowded as ever before. The line to see Santa looked about two hours long, and the bottlenecked crowds at such fine establishments as Great American Cookie Company made navigating in a large group of people a fun time. There's plenty of parking and you can usually catch a spot up close at any given location. There's a new store I noticed named "Whatever! Trendz" and boy, am I sad that was not around when I was a teenager. I'm still going to avoid this place like the plague when I'm in town because it represents all of what I love to hate about my hometown area, but when you gotta go, you gotta go. read more

I was told that Parkdale was a very small mall with limited options, but that was not true. The layout is deceiving and makes it seem small, but it actually took me quite a bit of time to walk through. I was there for about two hours and all I bought was chik fil a and a DVD of the Original Fame. It is outdated and the food court is limited and dirty, but for a small city mall on a Saturday, it was what I expected. read more

PDM - Parkdale Mall. Typical shopping mall with numerous stores ranging from clothes to cosmetics. I, myself shop here maybe 3-4 times a month; maybe not even that much! Ha! Anywho, if anyone needs to know, PDM have stores like your Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, FOOTACTION, American Eagle, JC Penney, MACY's, Dilliard's, Sunglass Hut, Forever 21, Victoria Secret, Old Navy, Books-a-Million and etc. The parking lot is pretty big, so it's not a big hassle trying to find parking. The food court here could be way better; pretty abysmal. Restaurants such as Sbarro, Arby's, Subway (Eat Fresh), Chick-fil-A (MMmM Goodness), (2) Asian Places (FRIED/Stir-Fry), and some other ones. Average mall, nothing special here other than the food court is nasty as hell and the bathrooms here are worse than some roadside gas stations i've visited. Parkdale mall is great....only if it's your first time. This mall is very small and with me living only a few mins away I go at least 2 times every month and really don't like going and rather drive an hour and forty five mins to Houston to shop. The only stores that I would personally spend my time in are Forever 21,Express, American eagle, Aeropostale,and Charlotte Rouse. Use the restroom before you go because the once there are disgusting.They have a food court and I would recommend only going to chick fil a or raising canes. Again I don't recommend unless your a first time goer. read more

Being that it's the only mall in Beaumont, it'll have to do. They could use better stores but with everyone opting to go to Houston to shop, I'm sure the funding is simply not there to support higher end stores in this area. Parkdale Mall is, if nothing else, convenient and everything is reasonably priced. read more

Well I have found a great little woman's shoe shop. It is called my delicious shoes. They have incredible priced and some really sexy high heels. The salesladies are extremely nice and the store usually is not crowded. I am transgender and just had been brave enough to get a pedicure and a waxing at a salon. I wore my jeans with my pantyhose underneath and loafers. I was looking at the heels and she asked if I wanted to try them on, I slipped my shoes off and she was shocked at how good my pink pedicure looked. Anyway for girls are transgender girls it is a nice option. read more
