I have been a patient at Park Nicollet for over three decades. Awhile ago I lost my job and needed…read moreto cash pay for medical help. The most recent example of the exploitation of those who are without insurance is a 10 minute phone call "virtual visit" I requested for some antibiotics to be prescribed for bronchitis. The doctor who called me (Dr. Kim) was helpful and issued a prescription for the antibiotics, but I was SHOCKED to see the bill for $512 for a 10 minute phone call... And that, ladies and gentlemen, is a perfect example of all that is wrong with Big Pharma and their ruthless control over the Medical-Industrial-Complex today...

I typically do not take the time to complete surveys or give feedback, but I feel compelled to share my experiece with him. Dr. Cass was a wealth of knowledge, kind, compassionate, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. He answered all my questions prior to the procedure and sat with my husband and I after to explain his findings. I have never had an experience with a physician like this. My husband continues to randomly remark about what a wonderful man he was. And he truly is. I ended up having several polyps and he suggested I come back in six months. I will have no anxiety about going through this proceedure again because I trust him 100% and know the experience will be painless. He should teach new doctors what exceptional health care looks like. The man is truly a gift. Stephanie J

I use Mill City Clinic as my primary care clinic since 2020. I've been there perhaps 15-20 times…read moreover 6 years, for annual wellness check-ups, whenever I've had infections or minor problems of any sort, when I need a referral, etc. The usual run of issues that happen to an older (early-to-late 60s) person. I've never had a problem getting a quick appointment, getting help from the nursing staff, or other delays. No problems whatever with my visit summaries going immediately to MyChart. As they're associated with the UM doctors' network I know I'm getting great care and when referred, will also be receiving superior treatment (I've had colon surgery and a hernia operation through their referrals. Overall one of the best clinics I've experienced over might lifetime.

My frustration does not stem from being denied a job opportunity, but rather from the utter disregard for a meaningful commitment to diversity and equitable hiring practices. M Physicians claims to uphold values such as inclusiveness, equal opportunity, and community engagement through their Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion--yet their actions stand in stark contrast to these stated goals. It is disheartening to witness such a disconnect between stated commitments and lived experience. Here is a quote I wrote to self while back in my previous career. "In all that you do, lead with integrity, honesty, respect, dignity, and trust--and be transparent in every interaction." Of Aliyah Eden

Most people don't like going to the doctor but they know it's necessary and very important to do…read moreso. When I visited this clinic for my annual check up I felt like the cleanliness of the facility, the modern design, patient -doctor and medical staff treatment, and ease of maneuvering through the different clinics were phenomenal. It was a combination of going to the airport without the hassle and the customer savvy style of the Apple Store. I literally had my mind blown because I was very impressed that staff were required to wear uniforms like airline staff. I was assisted at check-in by the staff who took my picture with the Microsoft surface and then gave me a badge to wear while I waited to be seen. As I waited - which was not long at all, I noticed that they had a complimentary refreshments station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. At every turn I was impressed. Then when I went to get labs done I received a buzzer, similar to what you get at red lobster or Applebee's when you wait get notified that your table is ready. I was in and out of this place in no time. Loved the efficiency and hope they maintain this high level of service. P.s. They also have a cafe!

It is so clean, easy to navigate and the staff is AMAZING! So friendly, so patient and so helpful. They are never rushing any patient so sometimes may be running a few minutes behind BUT they truly value your health so they are just ensuring everything is right before sending you off. They also have shuttle service to nearby apartments. Beautiful artwork displayed by prior patients. All around it is just a great place to be if you need to have something like this done!
