He answered all my questions prior to the procedure and sat with my husband and I after to explain his findings. I have never had an experience with a physician like this. My husband continues to randomly remark about what a wonderful man he was. And he truly is. I ended up having several polyps and he suggested I come back in six months. I will have no anxiety about going through this proceedure again because I trust him 100% and know the experience will be painless. I've never had a problem getting a quick appointment, getting help from the nursing staff, or other delays. No problems whatever with my visit summaries going immediately to MyChart. As they're associated with the UM doctors' network I know I'm getting great care and when referred, will also be receiving superior treatment (I've had colon surgery and a hernia operation through their referrals. An update to the handicap parking problems…read more The only handicap spots are still only in a parking lot you have to pay for. The clinic told me there was "plenty" of street parking. There is not. On either side of the building that is no parking on the street. There are parking spots in front of the building on the street. Those spots are limited because of competition with customers to about a dozen business and several apartment buildings. This location is between two bus stops so you'll have to walk at least a block to get to the building.

When I visited this clinic for my annual check up I felt like the cleanliness of the facility, the modern design, patient -doctor and medical staff treatment, and ease of maneuvering through the different clinics were phenomenal. It was a combination of going to the airport without the hassle and the customer savvy style of the Apple Store. I literally had my mind blown because I was very impressed that staff were required to wear uniforms like airline staff. I was assisted at check-in by the staff who took my picture with the Microsoft surface and then gave me a badge to wear while I waited to be seen. As I waited - which was not long at all, I noticed that they had a complimentary refreshments station with coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. At every turn I was impressed. Then when I went to get labs done I received a buzzer, similar to what you get at red lobster or Applebee's when you wait get notified that your table is ready.
