The entire email response (with numbers redacted) we received from Rick was: "that boat cost me ##K and you think I am going to sell it to you for mid ##'s. This is my last email to you" Nothing else was included in the email. He could have just as easily used it as an opportunity to tell us about other boats in our price range, explain why there is a gap, inquire what boat(s) we have and if we'd be trading them in... so much potential. I have them an extra star to give them the benefit of the doubt that they're having a rough Monday. We won't return or follow up with other boats, though. Life is too short, and too many boats are produced each day, to deal with someone with such a negative outlook toward customers.

Not many companies I know do that. They are AMAZING, FANTASTIC, AWESOME, And FAIR PRICED. If you have been around boats all your life, you know that repairs take time. It's not like going to a car dealership with 25 guys on staff to cater to your every need. When you find a Marine Mechanic that does great work, you hold on tight to them and treat them like GOLD. If your boat is your baby then treat the man taking care of your baby WELL. If you are a RUDE A**HOLE then please expect the same treatment in return. The guy ranting in the review below seems to be one of those guys. DEMANDING service but not being extremely clear of what he wants. You are a grown individual. You have the choice to go somewhere else if the mechanic will not give you an estimate or put things in writing for you. Verbal requests without written confirmation? That's on you!! He seems to purchase aftermarket Crap and then blames the mechanic when the boat runs poorly. We all know that if you buy CRAPPY parts to save money then you run the risk of your baby running CRAPPY. Don't expect any type of warrantee for aftermarket parts. That's only common sense. Your boat is a LUXURY item so expect to pay a FAIR price to maintain and fix it. If you pull your boat out late in the season, then you run the risk of temperatures dipping below freezing before the mechanic can get to your project. Then in the middle of a Pandemic this guy DEMANDS service AGIAIN. Honestly, where does this guy get off treating others this way? This company is wonderful and I recommend them as long as you are an intelligent person who knows how to treat others. Additionally, Please look at the other reviews for John A. He is not satisfied with ANYONE in the marine industry. Seems he is RUDE to everyone he comes in contact with.
