He arrived at my home and tracked mud through my house. He apologized and said he helped someone who had an accident on the side of the road. Noble, so I let it go I could easily sweep it up. He gave me a decent design and a decent price and said 4 weeks. Sounded great. Fast forward 2 months later and several phone calls, the materials had finally arrived. I left him to do the job and went to go to another appointment ( I am/was getting my entire house renovated) I came back and just glanced at the room looked like what we agreed on. I paid the difference and he left. A week later I go in to start organizing and putting things away and I notice the shoddy work! He either put in used material or he was just careless with his workmanship. I sent him 13 pictures of 13 different areas where the wood was already falling apart! No response. My husband had to text him for him to respond. He said he would schedule a time to see what he could. Waited and no response so I called no response tried again and texted he finally he responded with: I will come by as I said to take a look and see what we will do.
