They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.

My 2023 VW Atlas is quite low to the ground and that's probably why I didn't notice it sooner. After putting it on a lift, I realized that only 3 fasteners were left of the 14 originally. I'm now sure if they simply didn't reinstall them or left them loose, any way I hold this business responsible. I would have spoke directly to them however they won't answer and corporate customer service won't call back. After the $140 oil change now I've gotta buy a $160 part (plus screws) to replace the piece that drug on the highway for hundreds of miles. If Take 5 sees this and wants to pay for the repairs, I'll gladly remove this review.

Said rims are custom and they can't touch ok but my rims are ford factory rims that came on the car that has the ford emblem in the center for all to see???? And how come no body text/called me or over the intercom in Walmart, you had my number but you just did nothing??? I'm 2hrs in and called ahead and was told it was slow and wouldn't take long lol well at this point I'm done, I'm pointing out the factory rims to the two mechanics and how it's been 2hrs and how there was only one car ahead of me that sit for 30 minutes before I went shopping, well that's when I said never mind I'll take my business elsewhere, this was not the first time this auto department wasted my time but it will be the last!

They have a nice air-conditioned office to sit in with plenty of magazines and even free coffee! It's a perfect place to curl up with a book while I wait. The people who work here are very friendly and even during a routine oil change, they check for other ways your car needs a tune-up. They topped off my wiper fluid for free! It's not the cheapest oil change out there. I believe mine was around $66. The bright side is is when they put the sticker on your windshield indicating when your next oil change should be, you can get a free oil top-off anytime between changes! They told me they'd also fill up tires or top off anything else for free during that time! You get much more for your dollar here!
