Dr. Lin installed two adjacent crowns but left a gap between them; food trapped at every meal. When I reported the problem he said, "That can be a good thing, it encourages you to floss more often." I lost a crown - front upper tooth. He said he'd perform an implant that very day and make a temporary in his own lab. After extracting the root he handed me a contraption that was supposed to be my temporary tooth. It looked terrible and I had to keep my mouth completely closed to hold it in place. As soon as I opened my mouth it fell out on the floor. He picked it up, put it in an envelope and handed it to me. It was totally unusable! Then he said, "You don't have a photoshoot scheduled for the next few days, do you?" I was house bound for several days with no front tooth. Even his staff was shocked when I returned looking that way. They couldn't believe I was sent home like that. There's even more but you get the picture. I switched to an established professional for the implant. Never going back! read more

Find another dentist. I had several teeth pulled and have never been in so much pain in my life. He is a butcher. I wish I had gone to the oral surgeon I've seen before. I asked about insurance coverage and he insisted I pay in full saying "If finances are a problem for you, you should go somewhere else." I WISH I HAD.
