It was so exciting to see them dropped our u-shaped BBQ over our fence and our roof in our backyard! What an amazing company. They showed up way before on time and so did the BBQ place. Super Duper people and crane company. My rooftop ac unit died and with the daily temps being in the 90s, it needed to be replaced asap. The 5 ton capacity unit was too heavy and big to try to muscle it up on the roof. I found Parks Crane on Yelp and called them at 8pm. The phone was answered and they said they could be out in the afternoon the next day. Parks Crane office personnel called me the next day to tell me the crane was on it's way. My AC guy timed the arrival beautifully and Parks Crane arrived on time, in fact, a bit early. The old unit was off the roof and the new one up in no time. Very safe, efficient and worth every penny. do not hire these guys ! Craig arrived and we had an extremely expensive saguaro brought from Arizona so carefully and had waited 3 weeks for this day. he lifted it at the wrong time when the guy leading the project told him very cleaning "I'll move the car then you can lift when I tell you to". he immediately lifted it and the SEVEN workers and people here who was standing right in front of his crane screamed STOP. he made a mistake. mistakes happen. maybe he accidentally lifted it. mabye he didn't hear. I don't know maybe a text came in. he then had the guts to tell us he didn't lift it and didn't understand why it broke. a 20 foot saguaro just broke in half on its own! he still had the guts to ask for the full $700 and didn't own anything. what a company ! would never recommend them to anyone. read more

This is our second time hiring Parks Crane Service to move items in/out of our backyard. Eleven years ago we had them crane in a large barbeque structure and spa. It's good to know, 11 years later, they are still in business and were still great to work with. Today we sold our spa and had to have it craned out of your backyard. The buyers requested they load it on their trailer sideways and Craig (the driver and crane operator) had no problem doing this. Parks Crane was on-time for our appointment. They were professional both on the phone and when they arrived at our house. Debbie in the office helped me with preparation items for the crane service and she was very nice. When I asked for proof of their insurance (just in case the spa fell on our house), she advised me where I can find their insurance information on their website. I bought a spa recently that needed to be craned over my 2 story roof. The spa company recommended these guys so I called and spoke to Debbie. She was professional, informative, and very helpful. We had some questions regarding which crane I would need. We worked out sending some photos and she had Craig call me back to discuss. We decided on the correct crane. On the day of the move, they arrived on time (actually, they called and got there a little bit early which was even better). They had to move the old spa over the house and then move the new spa to the back of the house. There were winds....BUT, it went off without any drama or problems. PERFECTLY! These guys are pros and very easy to do business with. Oh, and their prices were the very best I could find! If you want great service at a great price....they have my highest recommendation. P.S. I would disagree. I have dealt with the owners more than once once and they are not nice people. Craig and debbdy are are not nice people to deal with and Their son is rude. I would open the phone book before I would call this company. I have also noticed leaking hydraulic fluid from their crane. Not a good sign. Buyer beware. read more
