Gregory, one of the owners, was driving by once and noticed something off about the sign and had someone out the next day to fix it. We're not even sure what it was but that is the attention to detail we love! We have used them over the years for smaller projects and they return phone calls and emails promptly. We have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for signage.

The crane for the practical exam was old, leaking oil, and so slow it wouldn't pass on a real job site. They charge $150/hr with a 2-hour minimum but give very little real training. It took me four tries to pass here, then I went to another school 30 minutes away and passed on my first try with proper equipment and real teaching. Don't be fooled by their "good reviews'' most look like they're from friends or family. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I walked into this class with absolutely no crane experience, and Joe was able to teach me everything I needed to know to pass the written exams. I took 3 specialties (fixed, swing, and lattice crawler) and passed every exam with an 83% or higher with literally no knowledge before hand! Yeah, there is a lot of material covered in the class over 2 days, but Joe is thorough and able to understandably answer any questions the class had. He is also available to call and ask questions in the week in-between the class and the actual exam, which was incredibly helpful as I worked through the online practice tests that are available to his students. Heidi in the office is also awesome and getting enrolled was clear and easy. It was a great experience across the board and I would absolutely recommend Crane Safety Consultants to anyone wanting to get NCCCO certified!

He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

We are pleased to submit a great review for Eric Mercado, of Resolve Landscape. Eric and his crew tackled a tough job to level the uneven soil in our 700 sq. ft. +/- area in preparation for upgrading the existing soil to improve out backyard to install a new sprinkler system and Marathon I sod. (I hope that if possible, Resolve Landscapers wouldn't mind adding any additional information that I may have overlooked). In addition, Resolve installed PTL lumber along the tree line, a separate drip system for additional plantings around our trees, and added a B-Hyve wi-fi enabled watering system with multiple stations to allow us to control the timing for watering backyard areas. We also had flagstone stepping stone pavers installed in one of the corners of our backyard, with 3/8" Del Rio pea rocks to support the walkway. The uploaded before - and - after photos show the success of this project. Eric is very professional and was resourceful in assisting with identifying ideas for the success of out project.
