The business is now a woman and her daughter, Bert Bennett past away several years ago. Clearly Bert was the one who knew how to work. Walls were not prepped. Dust was not removed from the walls before painting and left rough spots like 40 grit sandpaper all over the walls. Nail holes from pictures and other imperfections were not filled and sanded. Paint was applied improperly. It was applied much too thinly and the walls were not rolled out horizontally first and then vertically to even out the paint. Corners and around trim was not cut in evenly at all. The previous paint was visible where ever you chose to look except for where there was paint on the oiled custom made woodwork which I had to clean off. Never finished the job. I was supposed to get two coats on two rooms of one color and my kitchen painted another color. Only three quarts of paint were used on the two rooms. Paint was thin and streaky, uneven roller marks. Never even started the kitchen. In the end, there were several lost outlet and switch covers made of cast brass that I had recently purchased, other covers in plastic just missing, paint spatter to clean up from floors, scratches on the floor from moving furniture, a new CO/smoke detector was missing(?!), smoking on the job when told specifically I have a nonsmoking property, no vacuuming or final clean-up, delayed and delayed again, just terrible, unprofessional all the way through.

We closed on our home on a recent Friday morning, the next morning I contacted 3 locksmiths who had…read moregood reviews on Yelp to have the locks rekeyed. One never got back to me, another said he didn't have availability for a few weeks. But Alpha Mobile called me back promptly that day and said that they could stop by whenever we needed to have the rekeying done. The locksmith came by later that evening and rekeyed our front lock (which we didn't have a key for...long story), our back door lock (which had an electronic keypad control also), and our basement lock (which was a dual-lock on both sides). He worked very quickly and efficiently and had everything changed and ready to go with an hour. He even helped to fix the basement lock which was sticking a bit. Gave us extra keys too so we have enough for ourselves and if we have guests sometimes. Overall, I thought the pricing was fair. They do add on a $15 service fee on the total price...would have been nice to know about it earlier just for full transparency sake, but it's no big deal given that they came out to our house when they said they would and did a great job. I appreciated that I was able to pay by credit card via one of those Square-like card reader apps. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith quickly.

He is disrespectful…read more I was on the phone with the hospital and he stood there like I had to hang up the phone and pay attention to him as he is not worth the aggravation and he is not a nice man and overpriced. he put the lock in for me last year. I lost the keys and all I want to do was make new keys and he wanted to start charging me over $200. I'll do it myself.
