They are professional and friendly. They sprayed 2 coats of semi on all the trim, mantle, doors, and stairs and the finish is without brush strokes and looks fantastic. They did routine wall and ceiling repairs plus a few more involved repairs and one tricky one and now you can't tell there was any wall defects. I have a 16 ft. vaulted ceiling and associated high walls which was no problem. Unique started on time and finished on time and were competitively priced. We needed…read morevery detailed plastering done to repair badly damaged walls where many layers of paint had peeled off the drywall around moldings and wainscoting throughout our two bedroom condo. There were also ceilings that needed repair. We had done all of the scraping of loose paint but knew that the plastering would take us a tremendous amount of time so decided to hire a professional plasterer. We'd used a good plasterer in Lowell before but not in the Cape Cod area. Richard Roomey and his crew returned to plaster and sand again several times (a total of 5 visits) until the walls were finally smooth and ready for paint. Mr. Roomey said that if we saw any problem areas after it was primed to call and he would come back to fix them. The price was very reasonable. We appreciated his dedication to getting the project done right and would definitely hire him again.
