When we picked him up, he & everything we left with him reeked of the awful smell, so I would say it's not being cleaned like it should. We did not receive back all of the toys that we left even though we filled out a form stations everything we left. When I called to book his spot as well as when we dropped him off, I asked what time we needed to pick him up, and the owner stayed just before they closed. However, when I went to get him, I was told I would be charged for an extra day since I was picking up after 11am. I was not mad that I was being charged, but I was mad that I was not told this when she had 2 opportunities to tell me. I then had to leave and go get more cash from an ATM, as they only take cash. When we brought him home, he acted thirsty and starving, so I'm not entirely sure they fed & watered him properly either. Definitely will not be back & will pay the extra money to have him boarded at a vet's office next time. Don't leave your babies here!

He's lost some since bc of our lack of follow through, but when we get serious with him, he quickly remembers his training (almost two years later). Because of his young age, they loved on him a lot and let him stay in quieter place than their kennel building. When he is boarded, they always do refresher training. I wish we lived closer so we could board there every time we are out of town. He is going for a week soon while we go on vacation and I know he is in the best hands!

Every dog has its own air conditioned, indoor kennel with a bed as well as an outside run for bathroom breaks. They will let your dog out multiple times a day to play in their fenced in yard. We were offered a tour of the facility and nothing was hidden from us. One of the things that makes this place special is the fact that we received daily updates with pics of our boy. Also, knowing that they do obedience training as well as AKC CGC certification, we know that they will not let our young pup get away with unruly behaviors and also make sure he is well behaved in certain situations (waiting to go through doors, not allowing jumping, sitting for meals). This is by no means the most fancy place I have ever been but they care about their guests, know what they are doing and have been doing it for years. They are priced very fairly and drop off and pickup times are convenient. Highly recommend these nice folks!
