They seemed to deprioritize my home repairs and constantly left my renter wondering what the next step was while the house was left in disarray after water mitigation. I asked them specifically to keep in touch as their excuse was always COVID related. I told them that I understood and if they couldn't deliver on service due to COVID, they should at least increase their Customer Service portion and please please please keep the customer happy. They agreed and it sounded good at first but for several days there was no contact with no status updates. There were the normal delays for shipping and such but all I asked for were regular updates to my renter, that were not provided. The workers (when they actually showed up) were constantly telling my renter that they needed to leave for school or anything they had to, to leave early and not complete the work. This drug on for several days and then the final straw. They pulled up a floor in a room that didn't even need repairs!! The entire experience was infuriating and all I received were BS excuses, the words "things happen" were used, aloud! I'm in the middle of selling this house and their poor work ethic and lack of communication pushed my closing date by two weeks causing a chain of events that will likely push it even further. Do yourself a favor, these guys are a preferred contractor for USAA, if you have USAA and they recommend Chelsea, get someone else.
