Today I went in for 2 cavities. I'm always nervous about dental work. The workers weren't friendly at all. When I came in no one said hello. I was taken back on time as usual. I tried talking to the person with me and it was like pulling eye teeth so finally I shut up. The thing that took me aback was paying up front.... I didn't understand and it made me feel like I was going to dart out without paying.... wasn't a great feeling. Then the one worker kept calling me dear. My mouth was tired from Being open so long. I needed a break. When it was finally over I left and one worker said goodbye but no one at front desk. No one wants to be at dentist and they should at least say goodbye and thank you! And greet you when you come in. It was if they were all too busy to notice you. I will go back as I think he's very good but staff should be more caring and I say this in a constructive way.
