Two weeks after hearing from him, he text me, without leaving a name or any information as to who he was asking if I was still interested in a particular house. Obviously, while house hunting I had seen numerous locations and spoken with numerous agents, so I had no idea what he was referring to. I let him know that I didn't know what house they meant to which the rude reply was 'If you aren't interested just say not interested.' At least this time he left his name at the end of the message- Bobby Carter. Don't use this agent. He is rude and obviously has no interest in working with someone who would be a good tenant (military family).
