Deposit was made. The owner allowed us to come in beforehand to access the space and decorate before the set time . Brittany was very accommodating and professional.The place has a bar for you to BYOB there was a backdrop which made for a nice accent in the place with Bluetooth sound bar for music. This place has a touch of elegance and taste. Even the location was not so bad it's nestled in the hood but near the eway and parking wasn't entirely bad .

Very long post!!…read more Tuscany Falls Banquet Hall is where I was going to celebrate me turning 50 this year in July. I booked my 50th Birthday making Payments starting in November 2025., and within in the agreement between the Venue and payments are due ever two months until final head count and final payment was due which would have been in June 2026. I also understood in the contract if I could not hold up my end of the bargain that money would be lost. But was also told unless it was something big and out of control, that they would consider giving something back. This was the initial conversation. Since then I have paid 3k towards the party, had my Dj in place, head count was in order and, and even decide and reach out the Lady to bling out my 50th converse Birthday shoe. Until of course the unexpected happened. A pipe burst in my bathroom in the basement. Although this happened in February, I still made my 3rd Thousand dollar payment to the Banquet Hall. At the time I made the 3rd payment . Bad luck strikes me again. The plumber guy I originally hired to re do the pipes in my bathroom and upgrade my bathroom. Was doing a poor job, and of course Needless to say what I spent on him was a waste of money as well. So now I Had to find my Original contractor that I used many of times in my home.. to come and give me a new estimate(this is the guy I should have waited on) but i will say I was moving to fast on this decision. Needless to say I now have to get a new estimate and now this contractor has to tear down and redo the work the other contractor did. And of course this process will now double the cost of the first guy.. I said all this to say as I reached out to the Venue just last week ,explained to Maria from Tuscany falls asking what Happens to my funds if the Hall gets booked for the same time if I cancel would they be willing to give me something back. She claim she needed to speak to every one .. Staff (Maria,Jennifer, Ryan and Johnathan) they would reach out to me with a answer .. But what I got was very disappointing As they thought the phone was hung up, I overheard them discussing how there was never a plan to contact me back and how I was a lier about my construction problems all of which was recorded. It's a large open, pretty space. I saw a kitchen in the back of the first floor behind the two bathrooms on that floor. The 2nd floor seems just as nice as the first floor! But that's not why I was here. I was here for a Zumba class. They also have bootcamp, martial arts, and a few other athletic classes here on a weekly basis. This seems like a brilliant combination to me! A lot of classes do well in wide open spaces, so it seems brilliant to use event space for multiple purposes! The owner was very nice and friendly! I have to keep my eye on this space! But since I plan to be here Monday and Wednesday evenings for Zumba (7:30-8:30 for $10 if anyone is interested in joining me), that should be fairly easy! Half of my guest received raw chicken, the beef was tough, the mashed potatoes were very dry there was no gravy for them and when I asked the staff for a knife for the meat they said they didn't have any. When I mentioned to the owner that I hope my guest didn't get sick because of the raw chicken all he said was that he hoped that they didn't get sick either. I wouldn't recommend this anyone. They even prevented the family from entering the venue before the start time. To make matters worse they were 5 minutes late from the time they mentioned they would open the doors. Also they were very rude to the customer, they wanted to say a blessing before dinner. The manager went ahead and served dinner even though the mother of the quincenera told them not to.
