I needed a new tyre which was at a good price and within very short time got my new WOF done. Stress-free work shop and great friendly service from the staff. They had great…read moreservice and the man who helped us was great at prompting us to buy the right service package that was right for our car. It was a little bit more expensive and I was a little hesitant at first but when I got the car back I was really happy with it and was glad he suggested we go for it. They have great packages where they do a whole bundle for a set price. This means you can get all your car chores done in one hit, yay for that. We put the car in at about 11 that morning and got a text to say it was ready at around 4:30 that afternoon. I was stoked at how fast this was and pain free. There's nothing worse than being carless for too long!

Arrived at the center and asked them how long it would take and the guy said a little more than an hour. After waiting for nearly 1 and half hrs, I went back to check what was wrong and they said they were waiting for some parts and it would take another half hr ... so I kept waiting .. and to cut a long story short .. it took them more than 4 hrs to complete the work and didn't even apologize. The receptionist had the nerve to say I should have booked in advance! ! Having said that the person who did do the wof was extremely efficient .. but unfortunately the front of house staff were not!
