The building was opened just a few years ago, and thus the storage spaces are well-constructred and solid. The lighting is great, the hallways are pretty wide and not too long (easy to get stuff in and out). The building always had ample parking for the people who were there moving things in and out. So good communication from everyone about rental status and I appreciate that. Move-in day was easier than I expected - I downloaded the app and could open the overhead access door remotely. That worked nicely and is convenient to pull my car right in. I found the unit to be reasonably clean and the motion sensing automatic light inside the unit is bright enough to see everything as I got organized and locked up. Later they claimed it was due to their "System Updating" and customer be damned. Tough luck if you drove out to your locker that weekend and could not get in. If the electronic entry was out for a weekend of updates, why not inform customers about the inconvenience before it happens? Lie? No electricity, a broken down entry system, deteriorating security cameras, and negligent maintenance make me wonder why Managers come and go frequently.

I am devastated! I am disabled and now I am going expected to lift every tote/box and itemize each item! It's not a surprise that is going to be a lot of work for me!
