So good communication from everyone about rental status and I appreciate that. Move-in day was easier than I expected - I downloaded the app and could open the overhead access door remotely. That worked nicely and is convenient to pull my car right in. I found the unit to be reasonably clean and the motion sensing automatic light inside the unit is bright enough to see everything as I got organized and locked up. I called and was told that there was nothing left in the truck. They claimed to check lost and found but nothing was there. I knew it had to be there because after leading it up I stopped at the gas station and went right to uhaul. So I went in and 3 different guys told me it was not there one kid even told me he check when I returned it because he cleaned it out. So now I'm like ok did we leave it at the house and I called and checked and no we loaded those 2 things on the truck. I go back into the store and say I want to check the truck myself so they take me out there and my stuff is the back the truck. The guy says I checked the wrong truck. Really ????? Sad that we have to get treated like this 3 different guys in that store told they checked the truck and nothing was in there. Just lied right to my face, as I'm sitting here writing this review one of the employees came out to ask me to move my car because I'm in the way. Really then I go in and ask for a manager and they say he is not in. So I need a manager to contact me about my issue. Or whoever the manager is they told me it was Chris. I already know they lied to me once so I won't shock if this was a lie also. Due to my belongings being exposed to the water for 3-4 months I now have significant contamination to my belongings! I paid my storage unit on time and most of the time I paid my storage bill early! I am devastated! I am disabled and now I am going expected to lift every tote/box and itemize each item! It's not a surprise that is going to be a lot of work for me! I have recently have suffered two heart attacks so on top of my already horrific health issues this is a nightmare! Had the managers notified me that there had been severely units flooded months ago near mine the damage to mine could have been avoided! Beware before using this storage facility!

It is Feb. 2022, now. I had left a voice mail and I received a follow up call the next day about having 2 units available. She held it for me since I was first via a voice mail. The place is clean. Never a line. (The New Yorker in me loves this!) The place is easy to get in and out via the gate. You receive a key and a magnetic key for opening the gate. Only once have I had someone come down the lane I was in while dropping off some stuff. I backed out, which wasn't hard. This place is right by Clinton Lake. You can park boats, trailers, campers in addition to different size storage units. If you want easy, affordable and clean, this is your place to go.

With the speed of a cheetah, elegance of a swan and heart of a ....hippo? Lion? (Something with a really sincere big heart!) these guys have it all. Positive, fun, extremely hard working and caring. Moved all of my heavy crap up 4 flights of stairs -- they acted like it was nothing. I climbed the stairs once and almost had a heart attack while drenched in my own tears and sweat. Besides their moving prowess they go the extra mile with customer service : I honestly just fell in love with them. When there was a pop up shower, they did nothing to protect the furniture. When wrapping the white silk sofa, they dropped the cushions on the muddy floor. They chipped the marble on the coffee table and a concrete outdoor pedestal. They even broke a concrete urn. The movers toward the end were rude and dismissive. When I called the owner to ask how I would be compensated for the items that were damaged or destroyed he agreed to repair 3 items and gave me $50.00 for the urn. He did not repair the 3 items. WARNING: Unless you want your furniture destroyed, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!
