Living at 230 Denistoun. Roxanne has been away, and whoever is replacing her does a "crappy" job. Carpets not vaccumed, elevators not clean, they actually look like foot prints on the stainless steel doors and walls. By the mail box, he recyling is not emptied and the window at the doorway are discussing. If whoever is replacing Roxanne, they sure are turning our entrance into some of the downtown Toronto scummy buildings, unlike the way it had been kept. I moved into this building in October and i have been very pleased with my apartment as well as the whole building in general. I live on a corner unit which is 2 bedrooms and it is huge! There's just a bunch of junk in the second bedroom for now until we figure out what we are going to do with it. My grandma also moved into this building about a month ago and she is very pleased as well! I think the price is just right for what you are paying for. The Landlord is very nice and actually cares about the tenants and their well being. He is NOT the typical landlord that you only see on the first of the month. My building would not be run as good as it is if it wasn't for him! read more
