They seem to do a good job updating things. The two bedroom especially had nice floors that were easy to clean. The location is great. In the NW school district which is nice if you have kids, and their is a park and playground right across the road. Very close to Aldis, the outlet mall, and all the shops and restaurants along Military Road. Very close to Reservoir park as well. The office staff our really great. Easy to get a hold of and always friendly and helpful. We haven't had too much need to get a hold of them for things breaking, but the few times we did they were very prompt in working to fix the problems. My favorite part about the complex though is how above and beyond they go to really try to build a sense of community. For example, today they are having a solar eclipse viewing party complete with snacks and drinks and glasses. In the past they've had paint nights and other picnics. They've also had door decorating contests voted on by the other tenants that gives you $50 off your rent for the month. A great way to build community and also make the hallways a little brighter.

We were able to "upgrade" to a larger apartment within the building after a year, which was made very smooth by the leasing agent, Katie, and well worth the slight increase to our monthly rent. We also enjoyed how rent could be paid online, maintenance requests could be placed 24/7 through an online ticket and emergency maintenance needs were handled quickly and properly. Beyond that, the apartments were just the right size, the laundry facilities were always accessible and there was plenty of parking. We would still live there now if it weren't for us moving out of state, and by comparison of where we are currently renting, Whitmill gets flying colors! Her and her husband and mother moved in the building 2 years ago. Along with there beds infected with bedbugs, cockroachs. Within two months the apartment beside them and above them had to move to other apartments within the building. Eventually the floor to which they resided in had to be sprayed. I personally would like to Thank Stefanie our Superintendent which came aboard and took quick action to evict these individuals. I personally attended the court case of Chris Young. It took 8 months to evict this family. Since their departure we have had building functions together. No cockroach's and a building happy Tennant. Sean our maintenance man has revamped/ repaired most of the units within. These people are a menace to society. They killed their dog last summer due to heat exposure. I viewed there apartment after they were evicted and I've never seen anything like it. It was sprayed three times and had to be gutted completely which Sean is working diligently. Feces on the walls. The odors tringled down the second floor where I refrained company to visit me. With the Superintendent Stefanie and are amazing maintenance guy Sean we the Tennant are becoming socially acquainted with one another. The heat was always blasted in the apartment during winter because they offer ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. How much better can that get? Niagara Falls isn't the best area to live in, however the neighbors and people in our apartment complex were all so nice and we all looked out for one another. The maintenance team are agile, respectful, and always willing to help. Those are the positives. Unfortunately the negatives caused me to move out. It started with the unkept, dirty, and outdated entrances. On a regular basis are dirty, disheveled, and at times will have cockroaches that came over from the restaurants. Next you have the mailrooms are not in a private area, they are right at walk in; where people can come and go as they please which can cause packages to go missing. In the same has random shopping carts management decided are a better option than premium, rolling racks to match the luxury title on the property; even when asked to upgrade. Third, the smells. The regular smell of marijuana coming from other residence that linger into yours, which is against contract. The cockroaches that made an appearance on the property more than once in apartments and mailrooms. Forth, leaking walls in the bathroom(s). Coming from the ceiling and walls that we assumed to come from incorrect paint on the walls when humid and roof leaks. Fifth, pricing. For nearly $2k a month for a 1br, there are no added amenities besides the sterile roof on one of the properties. There is no gym there is no wreck room. There is not even a doorman to make sure that your packages are safe and protected. Not to forget to mention it is near a highly trafficked area of the hotel, restaurants, and UB.

You probably wouldn't live here if you are being cost-conscious because they are expensive but they seem to be well-managed and they seem to be pretty fancy and if you're going to have to move up to Amherst having lived in New York City then you're going to need a nice place to stay in all the time because it's so damn cold for a hundred and twelve months a year and that's exactly where these apartments come in handy. Plus you're in the same exact Plaza as China Taste which is one of the best authentic Chinese restaurants you may ever try. And the reason I know these apartments inside and out is because (a) my current side b lives in these (or one of them I should say, but the most commonly visited one), and (b) Barbie and I paid her rent for her 2 months ago because Mummy and Daddy were having a falling out with her. Don't worry she's already in her 20s it's nothing creepy. (She's been in her 20s for all of 7 months). Anyway the apartments look as lovely on the inside as they do on the outside and yes, they're expensive, but you get what you pay for in this case. Just sometimes, the halls smell of Weed though. Should not be allowed.
