Their fusion menu catered to every taste bud and they were immensely accommodating to severe nut allergies. The appetizers were plentiful and absolutely delicious; vegetable spring rolls, coconut shrimp, lamb + beef suya. Main courses included; mixed green salads, jerk chicken Alfredo (an absolute fav for everyone!), red snapper and yam fries, beef short ribs and mashed potatoes, mixed seasonal vegetables. The dessert table was amazing and a huge variety. And the late night snack (or we might say, indulgence) was soup + fufu. The chef (+ his wonderful team) were absolutely amazing and a definite HUGE upgraded to what you typically get for wedding food. I mean, how many people leave a wedding talking about the food in the most delicious ways?!? We are so thankful for having century delight part of her big day.

The website says the minimum orders are for 15 people and that's exactly what I needed to order for, except with a little extra. I was going to order a lunch and dinner for both saturday and sunday....I called a few days in advance....but apparently they need a week to prep food? I'm not sure, but I work for a catering company myself and I don't think we've ever prepped a week in advance. I was willing to get what we could or compromise but the rude bitch literally said "no we won't accommodate" and then hung up the phone on me. I know we were just a small film crew, but business is business, and I'll make sure that anyone from Hamilton, and any film crew I ever work with in the future never orders from this shitty un-accommodating company.

I called Nicola's to connect with a lady by the name of Tina who ensured me the quality of the food was not only fresh , but generous portions and good quality. I am in the hospitality Industry for over 20 years , the menu/food is important not only for quality but to ensure the reputation and ingredients are fresh. I asked Tina alot of questions and learnt she has been with Nicola's Catering for 20 years. This certainly speaks volumes from her credibility to be with this catering company for this period of time. The service on Delivery was more than on time and packed very professionally presented, mostly the quality was more than favorable and " Generous Portions" I will be using this catering company again without a doubt and definitely place my stamp of recommendations on their quality of food and service. For our party, they served salad, soup, choice of vegetarian Phyllo or chicken souvlaki with rice and vegetable and a really sweet crepe. The quality of food was above average and I have to admit, the crepe was really good and creamy. Even though I'm not a big sweets fan, I have to admit the quality was great.
