These were not good, they were amazing! I bought four different flavors, French toast, blueberry, honey, and Sandy beach. It took every ounce of self control to not eat all four in one sitting! I ate pieces of all but the blueberry. I'm saving that for later. I am going to have to keep myself from going here too often. Although I want to try their açaí bowl next. Great looking place. Came here for the grand opening after seeing social media ads and getting a coupon for a free donut. There was a line out the door as expected, and I was tempted to turn around and go home but I'm so glad I didn't, the 20 minute wait in the cold was so worth it!! You might think it's just donuts, but omg it was so dang good! They have over 20 different flavors and they're not your typical donut. Think of it as a croissant-donut crossover aka a "cronut". It was so buttery and flaky and amazing! I got a box of 4 flavors (and btw the box is so cute, very aesthetic and matches the vibe of the place), turtle cheesecake, raspberry pistachio, peanut butter cup, and French toast. My absolute favorite Indy area doughnut shop. The layered doughnuts remind me of a croissant type dough - so sweet and flaky. Their menu includes rotating seasonal flavors along with a variety of sweet and savory flavors. It's hard to pick a fave. They also offer vegan/keto/gluten free options, but I haven't tried them. This is a brand new location right off of highway 37. It's very nice and has a cute vibe. They keep the place clean and there's plenty of seating. There's a large selection of donuts and drinks. The donuts are rich in flavor with lots of toppings so one donut will do, I would even recommend splitting two donuts to try more flavors. Service was quick and polite, keeping up with the weekend rush. Personally, I'm more of a fan of the simple glazed donut. I don't need all the bells and whistles. There are so many options to choose from even gluten free but I decided to ditch my GF diet for one of these not only delicious but delectable looking doughnuts. I tried the raspberry pistachio and the turtle cheesecake. Altho you might think the turtle cheesecake is over the top sweet, I didn't think it is. I felt the raspberry is good with Greta flavor w a bit of crunch from pistachios and who doesn't live the pink green combo? Ha! The turtle cheesecake has a slight cheesecake flavor with nuts caramel and chocolate...what's to love about that?? Ha, Everything I say! The texture of these is nothing short of covering every base with flavor texture crunch (in the of the right places I might add-some on top and some corners...mmmm) and merging all of it in one scrumptious doughnut or should I say cronut?? Be sure to ask to sign up for credits. I've been there 2 days in a row but wasn't told abt it the first visit and I spent $30. I'm signed up now but would've been nice to count my first purchase. I did not try the drinks but they seem intriguing too. I was more focused on what to choose. Staff is pleasant, decor is fun and there is some seating available plus a drive through for those who want to make it easier. The hardest part is deciding what to choose. I have attended Donut Festivals with plenty of donuts and traveled far and wide to try donuts all over... Parlor Doughnuts are easily at the top of my "Best Donut Ever" list. The shop is beautiful! The donuts are flakey and rich in flavor! Very different than any donut I've ever had! My favorite was the blueberry muffin seasonal flavor! Açaí bowls are 9/10!!! Service was 10/10 2 young guys working were very welcoming, helpful and gave GREAT service! Also a young girl with glasses made my açaí bowl brought it out me, was very nice as well! I went on opening day to experience the new Parlor location - there was a line but it moved fairly fast and despite the hustle and bustle the workers were all friendly and cheerful. We got 4 doughnuts and they were thick (layered) and full of flavor. So many options to choose from but my favorite was the raspberry pistachio. Plenty of coffee options too to go along with your treat! There is a decent space inside with a few tables and ample parking lot space. Moved to Fishers not long ago and just found out what I was missing out on at Parlor Doughnuts! The doughnuts here aren't your average normal yeast doughnut. The base doughnut resembles a croissant (only one of the best croissants you've ever had!). Then they add some wildly decadent toppings to take it to another level. I got a couple Chocolate Chocolates, a Carmel, a S'mores, a Maple Bacon, and a Strawberry Shortcake. Two thumbs up across the board. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant had a hip vibe. They have breakfast Sammie's, tacos, and coffee drinks as well (my vanilla latte was great!). They offer keto options, mini doughnuts, as well as dog doughnuts too. Important to note for those quick morning trips, they also have a drive-thru. We'll be back soon! read more

Always happy to have a new donut shop in the area! We went in craving your basic donut, but this was something entirely different. Parlor is more of a cronut, croissant doughnut shop, over a true donut shop. Meaning the outside has this flaky sugary crispy fried texture while the inside remains doughy. They also put their topping on the top of their donuts rather than the inside like a filling. Overall the donuts were good! But if you're looking for your basic yeast donuts, these aren't it! However they are worth a try! It seems everyone got the message that they were open as they were filled with parents and kids on a Sunday morning. This is not your normal doughnut shop. So many amazing flavors to choose from and so far all that we have tried have been absolutely delicious!! This is a delicious place for a special treat! Oddly enough, I really enjoy the avocado toast as an alternative to a sweet treat. I DO enjoy the peanut butter chocolate donut though. Parlor Doughnuts offers an excellent doughnut just as delicious as they are beautiful. The store has a gorgeous design, but the operational setup is poorly laid out. Immediately they request that you place an order, but the customer cannot see the full menu or offerings. They must turn a corner. When there is a line, it's nearly impossible. Then, you're met with staff that is impatient and wants to just move the line. It's a very rushed, unenjoyable experience. Combine the rush of the line with unfriendliness of the staff, the experience subpar. Ultimately, the major weakness is in their customer service. Granted, the staff is young, but I did not see a smile, receive a thank you, anything. They were by no means rude, but the tiny gestures go a long way. read more

True - very friendly staff! If only I had stopped for a pleasant verbal interaction instead of doughnuts, I could give 5 stars. Also true - these are NOT doughnuts. If Parlor Doughnut is another term for dressed up croissant, then ok. These are 100% croissants hidden by too much sickeningly sweet stuffing and/or topping. This place is false advertising using doughnut in its name unless "parlor" means "absolutely not" in another language. Frustrated that I spent so much money to try these not-doughnuts. The espresso in the latte has a strange, almost metallic tang to it and it's served in a kiddy cup, which ended up being plenty since it wasn't good. If you're questioning whether or not to try it, let me save you time: your favorite gas station has better coffee and doughnuts. read more

If I could give 0/5 stars I would, this place is a fail much like a lot of these pop up franchise locations. I came in today around (1March2024 at roughly 3pm) with my son who was extremely excited to try some new donuts. Upon arriving, you would have thought we were ghosts walking in...nobody uttered a word, no acknowledgment once so ever. Okay whatever....I start to ask questions about the donuts, particularly the vegan and keto donuts, since no information is posted on the menu other than simple the words "vegan" or "keto"...okayyy, tell me more, what makes it vegan for example? Is soy milk used? If so, that's not an option for us. The young white girl had to run to the back to ask questions and came back with "the keto and vegan donuts are made with brown sugar...." Huh? Okay what else? You don't know the product you are trying to sale to customers who also don't know the products...makes ZERO sense! To make things better the other employee, black lady, calls herself giving me an attitude when I asked if any of the donuts are vegan AND keto...as if that was a big ask or something! I also asked her if she could tell me the difference between the sweetners in either donut so I can make the best choice for my son and I. Nothing but attitude given in response as she shrugs her shoulders and rolled her eyes claiming she doesn't know! At this point we just left since clearly nobody was competent enough to help us...they just want to shove sugar down your throat, keto, vegan, gluten, WHATEVER!
