A great place to Live. The Maintenance man Erick is one of the Best I have ever seen, very outgoing and Kind.. The office staff Shannon is very nice and accommodating, there is a very Eclectic mix of older trailers and Brand new Manufactured homes...we hated living in an apartment..we sold our home of 23 years 2 years ago because I am disabled and maintenance was getting hard to keep up with and the steps were very hard to climb anymore..I have 5 steps here, but that I can do...the people who live here have all been very nice and outgoing! read more
