You can pack on the salad for under $5. They have a weekly menu to take with you or you can print it off from their website. They have many options besides the salad bar... fish-breaded/fried or baked, burgers made to order, veggie burgers made to order, a daily soup, prepared sandwiches... it is a nice change from fast food or an expensive restaurant in the area. The fresh choices always get my attention. Most hospital's cafeterias are full of canned vegetables and applesauce... bravo! Thank you for the great work lunches. You will need to park at a meter, my coworkers and I carpool and this makes the parking easier. I have never tried their breakfast foods, but my coworkers claim it's fabulous and tastiest in the area... the French toast and grits are their favorites.

However, Health Concious Diners will be pleasantly surprised at the low prices; the low salt, low fat, gluten free menu variety, and the tasty food selection. My favorite dishes are: the daily variety of hot soups (and salt free Keebler crackers), the Salad Bar, the grilled Hamburger and Turkey Burger station, the Pasta Dishes offered and their delecious Hot Wings. Additionally, for breakfast, I enjoy their French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, and Hot Grits (which are some of the tastiest in the downtown Cleveland area).

Tear my son's face open I have had a very traumatizing experience with University hospital so my anxiety was at an all time high. However this young men comes into the room with urgency & concern. He still had on his coat & book bag in his hand. He was there to stitch up my sons face & it was a very complex procedure. A small part of my son's lip was chewed. He did a phenomenal job. My sons face looks amazing (compared) & is healing very well. I've tried to follow up with him but the facility cant seem to find him. I hope they give him the support & recognition he deserves. He is what the medical industry desperately needs. If there was only 5 more of him... THANK YOU CALVIN VUONG & MAY YAWEH BLESS YOUR HEALING SPACE

I feel so bad for the nurses and PCAs that have to deal with this crap daily...

I rearranged my life, cleared my schedule,…read moretook time off work, and even brought my elderly mother along--only to find that Sharon had vanished without a trace. No apology. No explanation. Just gone, like some petty, salaried ghost. It's astounding how someone can collect a paycheck while contributing absolutely nothing, all wrapped in a performance of disdain and a permanent "F*** You" glare. If Sharon is so miserable in her career--and clearly in her life--perhaps she should consider retirement instead of weaponizing her bitterness against families who are already under unimaginable stress. Her presence feels less like professional support and more like an act of emotional sabotage. If I had the authority to revoke her nursing license, it wouldn't be today--it would have been the moment she first decided contempt was more valuable than care, probably sometime in the 1980s. And let's not forget the time she forgot to hang up the phone, allowing me to overhear her casually label me a "B****." That tiny slip perfectly illustrates the daily theater of disdain she orchestrates: a culture of cold judgment, passive aggression, and thinly veiled hostility. Grace Hospital should be mortified that this is the face of their intake department. Sharon turns what should be moments of guidance and support into exercises in humiliation. Families deserve compassion, patience, and professionalism--not a masterclass in petty cruelty from someone who clearly delights in making others feel small. If I never return to that floor, it would still be far too soon.
