But all that has ever happened to me before Dr. Stromberg was pain and suffering. I always gave up in frustration. But now, Dr. Stromberg is putting me on the road to healing. I never thought it was possible, but I'm actually getting better. Because I have to work physically, it is slower progress than if I did not have to work physically, but he works with me and my limitations. I'm finally getting better. If I had a serious need for physical therapy, I would not see anyone else. He's the best I've ever experienced in physical therapy, and I've been to a number of the others with never any success except for Dr. Stromberg. He's The only one that's ever helped me heal.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life until dealing with their staff, so now I'm left to find Decent Care on my own !!!I hope that anyone who reads this stays very clear of this location in Caldwell. They are literally no help. I finally got my last-minute medication which I can't even go off of ...this place is a joke don't ever go near there if you want actual care.. I was referred to West Valley Spine and thought, "Okay, it's going to be a long time before I hear from them to set up an appointment." Wrong. They contacted me a couple of weeks later and I got in there soon after, too. They have two locations, in near downtown Meridian and in Caldwell. Been to both locations and saw the same doctor and assistant, Sarah Wilson and Edgar. This whole situation is brand new to me and I was a bit apprehensive, but I need not have been. Both were so friendly and took their time to explain everything. Sarah is very knowledgable and she has my trust. Recently had to go in for a second look-see as my pain has increased-dang those family genes. They got me in right away and again I was met with professionalism and friendly folks. Now, I get to experience some physical therapy (review later on that one).

I was referred here by a friend who had went there for a massage. I decided to go there for a…read moremassage as well and Leilani was the massage therapist. She did a very thorough body massage which was very relaxing. I decided to come back and do the infrared sauna and the float tank. I feel like everybody should do those at least once in their life. I spent half an hour in the sauna and then moved to the float tank for another half hour. I did it fairly early in the day and next time it will be in the afternoon so I can just come home and go to sleep. It was that relaxing and the prices are decent so if you're in the mood to pamper yourself this is the place to go!

I went to Peak due to a torn gluteus minimus muscle and spondylosis in my lower back. I was in…read moremeasurable pain, discomfort and suffered from limited movement. I was so incredibly lucky to find Ken and Cam, who went out of their way to put together an action plan to "fix" a pretty dire situation and avoid surgery if at all possible. After just a month, I had substantial improvement and was able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Cam and Ken made sure to see how I was feeling, pushed me to have a positive outlook and would intently listen to every complaint, fear, new pain and lift me up when I would get discouraged. Their consistent cheerful attitudes and jokester personalities made physical therapy something to look forward to. After 4 months they were like family. I was able to be discharged with home exercises and I actually miss seeing them every week!

I don't know how there are so many good reviews about Peak therapy. It's like an entertainment…read morecircus when you go in there people are shooting Nerf guns around and joking and smoking and nothing gets done because there's so much going on. You can't even concentrate. The atmosphere is less than professional, I went in there cause I have major back pain from a surgery that it's gone wrong and I don't wanna have another surgery and I'm trying to get some help with that and have been there for five visits and have gone backwards in my care. This place should not be allowed to have so many patients per PT because there's no individual care you don't get the programs that you really need. They don't tell you if you're doing your exercise correctly because they're off helping the other person. They just set a timer and walk away. It is amazing their system and it's loud and obnoxious in there and people that are in pain Don't normally think that's a cool thing. Anyway, I would not recommend this place to anyone who's serious about getting some good therapy.

He gave me a printout to strengthen the areas affected. The lobby was welcoming and the treatment area consisted of exercise equipment and tables. It was never crowded.
