That project went so well that I have had them help me with other special projects such as putting in a new border along my back fence, and repairing my lawn after the new driveway was installed. For the past two years, Landmark Landscape has done my snow removal. It is always done quickly and efficiently. I have a long driveway which is a challenge. On the contract, it gives options for snow depth, and I sign up for over four inches, thus saving money on snowfalls that I can handle myself. They also have a hotline for snow services in case I need additional help. I am an older single woman who is trying to maintain a house on a fixed income in a community that has high standards for home presentation. I love working with this company. They respect my budget; they are prompt, pleasant and efficient, and easy to reach; they work with my preference for light/no herbicides; and their plantings always looks great. We had no follow up unless we called to check on status. We're given excuses of subcontractors not replying to them on " iron work" which we then cut out to get project moving forward. Another 30+ days went by with no follow up. We finally cut ties a week ago. They were incapable of doing our specific landscape project obviously, but failed to inform us of there inability...instead wasting our time, or stay in contact with us unless it was us following up. Wasted an enormous amount of time with this company. What is sad is we had another project we wanted to give the landscape company that we established a relationship with, in the 40k range, but have hit a brick wall with this company. A clever and attractive "recycling" of the materials. They also created some planters at our front entrance by removing concrete sections, preparing proper drainage and filling with top soil, perennial and shrub selections, weed barrier and two annual decorative potted planters.
