Plane to arrivals in 30 seconds (admittedly I had no checked luggage). Departures are equally simple, though they're strict but efficient on security, and there's nowhere to loiter if you've forgotten to finish your bottle of water. In the departure lounge, there's a surprisingly large cafe and they offer WiFi too. Again, from check in to departures is a 25m walk. The only downside is there's no level access to the plane. The only other suggestion is that their car park needs expansion. But otherwise a nice facility.

This is our absolute favourite place for a holiday in the UK! The holiday park is very low-key,…read morethere is a bar and some take-away food available and a shop but nothing that interferes with the magnificent position overlooking the sea with a 5 minute walk down to the sand. The beach itself is massive, there is always more than enough space to play. There is a beach cafe on the way down that also sells buckets and spades etc and ice creams. The caravans are always immaculate, nicely spaced and as private as they can be. There is a play park for the children if they are not completely tired out from the beach. Although very close to Newquay, Crantock is completely unspoilt and there are several other beautiful beaches along the coast if you feel the need to explore. The staff are friendly and helpful.
