This is usually my families go to place to stay whenever they visit the Philippines. Mainly for the fact that they have apartment style rooms with 2-3 rooms, a common living space, and a kitchen. This is my second time staying here with my family, but honestly this place is just ok.
Some parts of the hotel are renovated while others aren't. The room we usually book is a 3 bedroom apartment, however out of all the rooms they've renovated, they still haven't gotten to these, and they've even told us they probably won't, which is disappointing. We've stayed in their other rooms and can see a huge difference in the apearance, the appliances, and just the over all up keep. I understand maybe not a lot of people stay in those larger apartments, but it's just a let down.
They have a buffet breakfast on the top floor, but it isn't included, you have to add it to your hotel bill. And as for room service, we were told you have to call the morning of to make sure your room gets cleaned, which we learned the hard way. And they're also very stingy with the amount of towels and toilet paper they provide.
They have a pretty decent gym, and a nice pool on the roof with a beautiful view of the area of Alabang. They provide a free shuttle to the malls and shops in the area as well. The staff is friendly and they always say hello at the front desk, but at the same time they've given us issues in regards to checking in a few times - they're very back and forth in regards to their rules depending on who's working.
So, if you plan on staying in Alabang, this place is nice if you plan on staying in a 2 bedroom apartment or single room, but I don't recommend it for larger families looking for 3 bedrooms, because at the end of the day you won't like what you get, an old and out of date room. read more
