My case was bumped four or five times, and the representative handling it rarely updated me or responded to emails or calls. I had to track him down after each court date just to find out what had happened. As someone who needed guidance, and who paid good money, I expected at least basic, consistent communication. Thankfully, a woman from another department--not the traffic division--stepped in and helped clarify things. I only reached her out of desperation. Overall, the communication I received was frustrating. The firm seems happy to take payment but not the responsibility of keeping clients informed. I saw a positive review from years ago mentioning Josh Reeves, but if he once was attentive, he now seems completely disconnected from his clients. In my experience, Olsen and Reeves prioritizes money over service.
