Unfortunately none of their toilets flush. None of the sinks have water dispersing. Soap empty. Thr pool is an apocalypse of crickets and bugs. Every toilet filled to the brim. I told the staff and another lady but staff doesn't seem to care. Until they sort out their janitorial practices I'd steer clear. They need to pay their janitorial staff way more than thr other positions. I heard their entire janitorial staff quit. It's hot and a gross job. I hope thr City of Fort Smith considers this. read more

Went there with my daughter and grandchildren and we enjoyed the water park very much so! But on the other hand someone needs to teach the cleaning staff how to clean the restrooms they were NASTY! I bet the toilets had not been cleaned in months and hair balls in the floor so obviously no one was sweeping the floors. There seemed to be staff everywhere some just standing around, for the type of money you pay I would think they could keep it cleaner. read more

This Waterpark is almost perfect. I am very impressed by the standard of cleanliness from this park. The season pass is worth buying and it pays for itself with approximately 4 visits and trust me you'll want to return. It's usually only crowded on weekends and near holidays. Most of the time it's slow that you have room to roam around and find a spot anywhere. I will definitely be getting another season pass and will buy some for my family. The only things I would change to make this place perfect are three things. First, please move the shop away from the entrance. It makes it feel like you're walking through a maze where you have to watch every step to make sure you don't knock anything down. Also, please install a self-serve water station as it gets wasteful to ask for a cup every time you want water. Finally, it would be a lot easier if you had a list of things that were allowed as right now the list is only of things you aren't allowed to bring in. Overall I will be returning and you should definitely check it out. When you come in I suggest walking through the bathrooms as the experience of entering the park is more grande that way. read more

18$ for an adult ticket for a day at a water park is hard to beat! This water park is smaller than some others I've been to, but there was no huge crowds and the wait for the water slides was never too long. They seem to be building an expansion as well so I'm sure it will only get better! read more

I've visited this Waterpark once when my family received a free ticket to this place. The depth of the pool is just enough that I can try to learn how to swim. The water with the waves has the size of the depth so you won't drown. The waves were fun, and the slides were exciting! read more

I brought 3 15 year olds to the park 2 hours from close. They stood in line over 30 minutes in the heat and sun with not even a fan before calling me to say they were not allowed in without a birth certificate. I was waiting for them in the parking lot (air conditioned car), so I came and got in line. After another 15 minutes I finally got to the front and was told I cannot vouch for the ages OF MY OWN CHILDREN and unless I too paid to go in, they would not be allowed. The TEENAGER at the window not only asked for my zip code, but then told me I could provide a birth certificate or show her a picture of one. Who carries around a birth certificate, or even has pictures of them? Are you kidding me Parrot Island? read more

Let me start by saying that this is a gem for Fort Smith. It has a lot of potential. It is small for those of us used to big city water parks, but it's nice to have. Pricing seems fair at $15 a head if you're over 48". I'll give you two reasons I give it three stars. 1.) It sits in the middle of basically an open field null of any trees to provide natural shade. They provide fake plastic "Palm trees" that give little no shade. It would be nice to have areas where they planted a little grassy area and real trees. In the middle of the day, the sun is unrelenting and you're just being fried to a crisp. We wore sunblock and reapplied several times and still came out burnt. Ouch! 2.) The shade they do have costs at least $40. With this you get two lounge chairs and a small umbrella that doesn't even cover the two chairs fully. So your party is all gathered close together in the middle just to get some shade. Horrible. I just think it's unethical to charge people for shade. They do offer some free seating by the lazy river that's covered, but if you're not there at open, it's all snagged by people and their towels. It would be nice, also, to let people bring in their own food. It's ridiculous to not let people have food. We have water parks in DFW and you can bring your own food and snacks. It's obvious this place is out to get your money. I understand wanting to make money, but seriously. You can make some adjustments for comfort. Not to mention they didn't even have everything available that was listed on the menu. Our server (comes with the price you pay for shade) was amazing. I only wish he would have let us know his shift was ending. He left and we didn't get to tip him. I was bummed. He could've said something like, "My shift is coming to a close and so and so will now be your servers." Just a suggestion. Overall, we had an okay time. More than likely will find something else to do next time we're in town, though. Just not worth the price you pay to get in, get shade, and feed your family. read more

This is a wonderful place to hang out with the family. Run straight for the yellow slide and don't look back. The lazy river was awesome. Very friendly staff members. read more

I am thrilled to finally have a nice attraction in Ft. Smith for kids, teens and adults to enjoy. I give 4 stars because I love Parrot Island however, the concession stand needs some help. They probably had 4 people in line waiting over 15 min. for self serve, pre-warmed food. Someone needs to teach those kids how to work efficiently. All you guys have to do is literally grab the food and put it on a tray. I ordered nachos twice and waited well over 10 min. both times for them to pour crumbs in a basket and cheese in a small sample cup. My 4 year old could have done a better job much faster. read more

Management needs to be trained in problem resolution and obtain some knowledge in the importance of customer satisfaction. Without customers (guests) you can't have a good business. Shortly after we got there this evening the power went out they should have offered some sort of compensation, a discount for a future visit or something. They said it was beyond their control and were just abiding by what they are required to do when theres a situation that is beyond their control, nothing at all. So our visit was short lived just 1 hour after arriving... I left with some very upset and disappointed children!!! Next time I will take them to the Alma Aquatic park! read more
