I called this office recently and was shocked by how rude the receptionist was on the phone. I was simply trying to ask a basic question, but the person I spoke to was dismissive, curt, and seemed annoyed that I called at all. It's unfortunate, , she hung on me, and when I called for second time, she didn't answer my call , because a receptionist is the first point of contact and sets the tone for the entire experience.
