He is an excellent doctor and I hate that he has left his location at CRMC. I have one question to ask of anyone who is a patient: Where has he moved his practice? Since he left CRMC his phone number has been disconnected. I called CRMC for any contact information, but they couldn't help me. Someone has to know where he is, and I really need to (at the very least) get my records if he is not going to reopen his practice.
