The vet asked a lot of questions and was very personable with me and my older cat. I was told Parsons vets were high priced the the price (keep in mind I just moved from Texas) was lower than I anticipated. I think I found my new permanent vet.

I did 24 years in the Active Army and never seemed to be blessed with children which makes my dogs all the closer. At the same time this was going on I had my wife at the medical center being treated for a possible ulcer brought on by the weeks of 24/7 care we had been giving the old girl. It just could not go on as we were both getting exhausted and sick ourselves and Gypsy was not going to get better. We had to watcher constantly to make sure she could get up and outside when she needed too. Idk what kind of person sees someone down on their luck over a holiday weekend and decides to go out of their way to make it worse but wow! They don't over charge or sell you things you don't need--they care about their customers and animals getting the care they need. My husband became extremely ill and had to go to some out of state specialists. Money was really tight. TLC boarded my animals for half price (put two to a cage instead of one per cage). I couldn't have boarded them if she hadn't helped me out by doing this. My animals would have been out in the freezing cold for a week when they're used to being inside. TLC understands emergencies that people have. They are all heart all the time. All the employees are super great too. They make you feel like you've gone to a friend's house with their warm welcome's and helpfulness. My animals like this vet too. They've been to some they didn't like and you can tell the difference. They also carry all kinds of food, pills, drops etc that your pet needs. We're very rural so no place close sells the special food that one of my animals has to have. TLC stocks it for me so I don't have to drive three hours every couple of weeks to get some.

This was done quickly after Dr Bates put his knee that was injured on the ice, back in place. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Gave Magic a shot for pain and yeast in his ears. Sent me home with pain medication and will find out his thyroid issue tomorrow. I have a new veterinarian for my pups.
