I Found Refrigeración de Occidente, Lomas del sol -Avenida Leona vicario, islas del caribe, online in Cabo San Lucas and thought I'll give them a try. We had no appointment. Its a Shop building on a dirt road, clean and near a main road. I was a little skeptical but the owners daughter, Mrs. Montelongo made us feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities and that it could be done for a good price and in a reasonable amount of time. We are a family of four, with not much for us to do around she asked if we would like to be taken to the mall. They drove us to downtown Cabo to pass time and we put our full confidence in them. Although the problem was a little more extensive and time consuming than i had estimated they kept us informed and made sure we would not be stranded. The technician and shop manager offered to stay after closing in order to finish the job. When done they delivered our vehicle to us, ice cold a/c, happy and proud of their work. Filled up the vehicle with coolant, however, within in a few hours it was blowing warm again. I took the vehicle back to Jesse (the owner) the next morning. He determined it was the compressor (my original thought). He (his guys) replaced the compressor with a rebuilt unit. Vehicle was ready the next day at noon and is blowing cold cold air. Very fair price. Jesse; Many Many Thanks. I'll be back in CSL for the holiday's with my family, and would have been in a heap of trouble with the A/C blowing warm air. Great Job.

This place saved our Cabo trip! We were down to one key for…read morethe Land Cruiser, not a good position to be. Another key kiosk recommended we talk with Ezequiel. Not the easiest place to find, but being somewhat familiar with the town, we succeeded. The storefront is very small, but packed with equipment and a wide variety of locks and safes. If you are into higher security, this would be a good place to start. We were there for a car key. Ezequiel doesn't speak much English, but the woman in the store spoke enough, and it was pretty obvious what we wanted when we showed up with a broken key fob and a valet key to duplicate. The man went in the back, and found a new Toyota blank. He motioned that he intended to swap the electronics and cut the blank. We said "seguro". The broken key had been previously fixed with super glue, so we apprehensively watched the man tear the key fob apart with a pair of wire cutters and extract the electronic chip. Boom-bada-bing! New key for 900 pesos (~50 USD) and a total of 10 minutes. I don't even want to consider the time and cost involved at a Toyota dealer. The "lumber" section is entirely missing. Probably because everything out here is made of cement and metal. They've got just about everything else though. Given that it is in Mexico however, the offerings are pretty amazing in comparison to all the other shops that are available. It is kept super clean and seems to be well maintained. There is a private lot so parking isn't a concern. Since the entire Los Cabos area is undergoing a construction boom, it has plenty of business and has been packed the few times I've been there. If you need a tool or any other home improvement stuff, this place is going to be your best bet!

This store in Cabo is similar to H.D. in the U.S. There are some items missing like no furnace or AC filters.
