Two people on bus told the bus driver the bride and groom weren't on the bus but he kept going!! How do you not notice a bride in a white grown is missing not to mention that the bride is who hired you!! The owner is not reliable and not trustworthy. He feels they did nothing wrong not even an apology. Brides don't use this company !

    Wedding Day trolley broke down, antique car rental quality did not match price…read more.. I used Epic for my July 2018 wedding. Unfortunately the experience for us was not positive. We spent a very considerable amount of money renting an antique car, trolley, and 3 hotel shuttles from them. By the time the trolley was 5 minutes into the ride to our church...the music stopped working. If that didn't kill the mood, the mood was killed when the trolley was billowing black smoke and overheating (And leaking oil) in front of my church on my wedding day. Needless to say, the trolley was completely BROKEN DOWN and no longer able to be used after dropping my bridal party off at the church so I (the bride) after 14 months of planning a wedding - never even got to ride in it. As for our antique car, the driver (Subcontracted by Epic) was very kind and professional. No complaints about him ... however, the car door latch must have been broken and the driver door kept swinging open every time we went around a corner. I realize it's an old vehicle and it's not going to be perfect... but we paid a good chunk of change for it and I did not feel that this experience matched what we paid. I have no complaints about the 3 hotel shuttles we rented. As far as I know that aspect of the day went well. I do appreciate that Epic provided a "replacement" for the trolley by bringing us a party bus for the bridal party to ride back from the church in. But to me, I can't get past the fact that the trolley broke down. Aside from being embarrassing, it was a complete disappointment. When you're in the wedding business, you only have one day to deliver to that customer, so it's important to deliver quality. In my case, I was not happy with the service we received. In the end we received a credit of about $200, which happens to be the difference of renting a party bus vs a trolley - so in reality, we were just refunded the difference for the trolley service we didn't receive.

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. They probably have their own people rating them so don't be…read morefooled by the reviews like I was. Absolute trash service. I will attach pictures just to show proof of how disgusting and dirty their quality is. Rented from them for my bridal shower, bring it in with it filled with dirt and holes all over. Dance floor was cracked and chipped everywhere. They delivered it on Monday call them back and tell them all of this. The lady's response is "well this is a rental company so there is going to be ware and tear", spent almost $3,000 and that is the response I get no apology or anything. She then tells me that she is going to have her manager call me, this was at 2pm I call no response back. I email them and she claims she called but they do seem to tend to lie so I didn't get any call. finally tuesday morning i call again and she says she's going to take care of it and to give her till 10am to get a response. 12pm comes around still no response, she finally calls me at 6pm and says that they are going to deliver ALL new WINDOW walls. So today comes around and the crew comes to our house and says where Are the walls. LOLLLL. I call Leslie, the manager and say your crew is at your our house asking for walls, she says a new crew is coming and everything is going to be okay. then 15 minutes pass and the crew that Just asked us where the walls are and claiming they don't have any walls says they have 4 walls only. I call Leslie again and she says "yes that is correct". Mind you she didn't even bother to mention that to me Once. Ask them to completely remove the tent so I can go with someone else & her response is "I don't have anyone to take it down and we closing until the 27th." My bridal shower is this weekend, the 20th. and the whole time they care more about proving you wrong instead of showing any type of empathy. I am religious as well and understand the closing of religious holidays but if you are so religious you should also want to make sure you are a good person. If they do choose to respond to this it will be on why WE are wrong and they will not take accountability for ANYTHING. I don't know how they sleep at night. Again don't let them fool you with whoever they paid to get these reviews.
