I had a few hiccups of customer service throughout the booking process. Nothing alarming or astonishing- just that Christine wouldnt return phone calls and only resorted to facebook messaging. Due to covid, we've rescheduled my daughters third birthday party three times. I've always been in communication with Christine to make sure I was making things known with ample notice. We rescheduled and confirmed for July 25. Well on July 19 she decided to tell me we were canceled and refused to provide any referrals or recommendations of princesses in the industry that could fill in. It's been a stressful week to say the least. You know I'm very reasonable and understanding. But she didn't even have the decency to give me a heads up. I understand that covid has made things difficult for all of us, but a warning of "I may not be able to accommodate you due to covid so please look for back ups" months ago would have been great.
