They kept in contact in timely manners and they worked with us with prices. The day of was such a blur but Bob had complete control over everything! Everything ran smoothly and Bob did everything he could to keep me calm. I heard that Dave did everything he could to keep my husband calm and collect. The ceremony was set up perfectly and beautifully. During cocktail hour our servers Stephanie and I believe Melissa was wonderful. they made sure my wedding party had food and drinks. Stephanie from the beginning was simply amazing! She had tissue on hand! She did everything she could to make that day amazing. The reception was even better. The food!!! O the food! The chicken was to die for! The tenderloin was wonderful. We had family style so everyone stuffed their faces! haha. Stephanie made sure that my husband and I eat our meals before anything! I was nervous before hand that we wouldn't be able to do so. My champagne glass was always full! The venue was absolutely beautiful! I don't think I can do enough praising! The did such a phenomenal job throughout the planning, rehearsal, and wedding. I didn't have to worry about anything but showing up. The food was GREAT. I have bought gift boxes to give out to our guests on my engagement party. I have messaged her and told her what I exactly wanted. I live in Maryland so she had to send me the the stuff via Mail. My engagement is on December 12 but I have placed the order on November 19th. The boxes arrived today, December 3rd but they were ALL scratched up and broken!!! She did not bubble wrap them and all the covers of the boxes were broken!! I messaged her and told her and sent her pictures and she told me that I would have to send them back AND pay for shipping. I told her the boxes themselves were expensive and was not going to pay more for the shipping especially when the quality is unknown. She responded by saying that's not my problem if you think they cost too much. I do not even trust her to do these again because I will be left with nothing on my engagement to give out! She has HORRIBLE customer service. I do not recommend her at all please save your money and time and do not buy anything from her. Screenshots are attached below and pictures. Next time someone decides to run a business, customer service should be the number one thing that business owners should learn before developing their skills. They teach classes for swimming and when I was there they had a swim team. Each group is categorized by their age. In the middle of the summer we would put on a show for the parents to come in and see. When I was in my teens we would have her own swing pool one time during summer, we have sleepover and hope run a candy stand that was near the golf course. We stairwells I have a waterslide and a baseball game between the teams and counselors. Not sure if that still happens When I was a CIt in a counselor I believe we had uniforms. I believe we would help with the activities that would happen during the week. as a counselor would get paid. Ihope they updated some of the things. The events on the weekends would usually be business groups. We have different groups at different locations. Do you have lifeguards around the pool, staff to help with the food and people at the front to great.
