Summit allowed me to schedule online so I made an appointment with one of the spinal drs/surgeons that specialized in compression fracture. I called after I made the appointment to confirm it went through and that I would meet directly with the doctor, which they confirmed. Day-of, my appointment was 30+ minutes late and I met with only a PA/NP that was moving so quickly I didn't even get to describe my problem - he even said if I actually told the doctor what I was experiencing he would tell me my pain was fake. However, he was able to refer me to get an MRI and meet with a non-surgical doctor, so I thought I'd give Summit a second chance. The 2 stars is because my MRI was timely, easy, and I was well cared for. I was able to schedule a follow-up within the next couple weeks to go over the results. This time my appointment was on time, but again I only met with the NP. She was caring and kind, but I could tell she was rushing a bit and it felt very rehearsed. I got a copy of my MRI released to me and a referral for PT and will be going elsewhere for care.

I was able to get an appointment with Mike quickly and easily by calling. I arrived on time and was taken into my appointment minutes after check-in - the facility is clean and modern, all of the staff were kind and helpful. I spent an hour with Mike and had a wonderful experience! He was able to read through my MRI summary I brought and take me through what they found (after having a poor reading from the original ortho). He eased my worries and was able to find the source of my pain quickly with a series of exercises and pressure points. We rolled through multiple therapeutic exercises, where Mike made sure I wasn't in excruciating pain but working the area needed. He checked my form and even helped me check my lifting form since I indicated it was something I do in my free time. On top of it all, Mike was friendly, kind and helpful. I left feeling refreshed and ready to start my plan. He also wasn't pushy about scheduling another appointment since my issues were mild. If needed, I will definitely be back and recommend to others!

The nursing director was proactive and had no idea that the female nurses were so negligent in their duties. My mother was there and requested FEMALE- only assistance with toileting since she has had some trauma in this area. She had a female PCA who did what she was supposed to do to assist her. My mother was physically on the toilet when her pca's break time came, the pca went and notified all 4 female nursing staff on shift. They did nothing. My mother was still sitting on the toilet for 1 hour before her PCA came from break and found her where she left her. All four female nurses were there, doing nothing but talking. During the PCA's break the male PCA came to ask my mother if he could help AND requested the female nurses attend to her. They refused. My mother called me crying to explain the situation and I called them immediately. The director was requested and when I explained how unacceptable it was that there were four nurses there who refused to act, one nurse responded "I was right there and she refused the male PCA's assistance. I asked her why she specifically failed to act, since she was "right there" and was advised that "toileting was not her job". I explained last I knew, personal care was a nurses job in a TCU. I explained there are many nurses who have helped with toileting and she belonged in a different field if she couldn't remember where she started out and that she was coverage for the PCA when they went on lunch. We removed my mother immediately from this facility. The director advised me that she "coached" the negligent nurse. This was all private pay... NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

Dr. Boroditsky is both knowledgeable and caring and provides excellent chiropractic treatments. My hubby is currently receiving decompression treatments for his condition in resolving nerve issues affecting his lower back and right leg but is doing much better at this point. Other chiropractic treatments are provided as well as reflected per the website, mnchiroandrehab.com. I would also like to recognize his staff, both Beth and Quinn who are courteous, very helpful, and also a real pleasure. I would highly recommend this practice and its services, provided! MRP

I can't say enough about the fabulous treatment I received for neck pain by Dr. Shane Borditsky. He is fun, personable and took an entire body approach for getting rid of my pain. Now if only Dr. Shane Borditsky lived in San Francisco, I wouldn't be on the hunt for a Chiropractor!
