Was nervous at first since this is the first time I have ever had to do PT. She pushes me to get well, help set realistic goals, and motivate me to the best I can be. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone. Really do appreciate the work she does in helping me understand what is happening and what will be happening after surgery. She does a great job in explaining the situation and the process. Has great patience with me.

My recovery over the last 7 months has been quite a journey, and while it seemed like slow progress at times, I have made so much progress and wouldn't be as strong or "healed" as I am today without Carey's help. She is very knowledgeable in women's health issues and worked to align my muscles/joints, provided me the right exercises, and gave advice to strengthen my body and improve upon the instability I started with. She also really helped me get through some frustrating times by providing me with perspective on the postpartum healing journey and gave me hope that I would some day be able to get back to the physical activities that I love. Carey is the best PT I have ever seen, and I highly recommend her, especially for women recovering from pregnancy/postpartum musculoskeletal issues. As a bonus, the Maple Grove clinic is very nice and all of the receptionists are really friendly.

It's was something I never experienced with my daughters so I didn't understand alot.. I didn't Kno how to help him in certain situations... We found them and my son has been going there for almost a year now, they send home daily reports, open line of communication with his counselors, weekly family therapy sessions! his speech has changed so much, his temper has changed so much, he has learned patience and taking turns, I have learned so many tools I have learned so much about my son with the help of these people. The therapists may be fine. Probably good depending on who you get etc. but the front staff are all…read moreidiots. Our issue is the people scheduling and billing. Nobody seems to have an ability to schedule the correct appointments and the billing department can't even give you a statement on how much an appointment with a therapist is going to cost. Could you imagine going into target and having to pull something off the shelf, buying it and then waiting for a bill 3 weeks later that's a mystery until you open the mail? And even that is minor compared to the insanity of their scheduling department. Our therapist has on her schedule our appointments. But the front staff keeps rearranging them and we get a notice of a different day or week. So we have to call in. Say no, we're next week. They don't see it on their schedule even though the therapist has apparently told them so and specifically told us. And we've told them. There's been a gap of a month in appointments due to consistent scheduling issues which is inexcusable when you're dealing with mental health issues. We've shown up on days we were scheduled through the therapist only to be told by the front staff we are not that day and sent home. Then get a call from the therapist wondering where we are. I would encourage anyone out there to seek a different clinic or provider unless this is your absolute last chance. Their schedule and billing staff are all morons. I don't say that lightly. Nobody knows how to do their job and when instructed, they still cannot perform the basic duties of letting you know how much their service will cost or when an appointment is set.
