I ask what that meant he said when a driver hit my car with no insurance or if I was involved in a hit and run it would cover that. now they giving me a different story because I didn't get the tag number. when I call all other insurance companies say say what the sales guy said is totally correct. so do not go with statefarm they are not on thier customers side at all. they always have attitudes and bad customers service. I do not recommend them to any one. This sad I never leave bad reviews. The person assign to my claim never called, I had to harness them. like I'm going through traum already like what. diffently don't need my insurance company making things stressful.

I was pressed for time and Elena stepped up to meet my schedule. The paperwork was sent, edited, resent, then approved. We now have insurance with State Farm and there have been no issues.
