I originally got in touch with them last year to do some work and was very, very pleasantly surprised. This family crew is professional, prompt, punctual, courteous, polite, informative, and any other superlative you can think of. Not to mention the price seemed almost too low, that's never a bad thing, especially in today's economy! Vincent from D'Ambruoso came out last year and again recently and as usual did fantastic work. He explained everything in simple terms for me and unlike some others we've worked with, I didn't feel talked down to. I was very pleased with their work and when we needed them to come back to the house, I didn't hesitate to reach out again. He was able to come back out in a week and fix a leak in the basement by changing some pipes out. Vincent also took a look at some other issues we had and offered recommendations on how to fix them. I left a message on their phone Sunday morning, got a text back later in the day, and provided them with all the info they needed. They had a quote for me by 8:30 Monday, were here by 9:30, and completed the job by 11:00. While the price was at the high end of my expectation, it was worth it as they were friendly, helpful, personable and efficient.
