They have performed annual service on our garage door. We once had a problem with the doir sensors and the Owner came out personally on his way home that evening to fix the problem, so that we could close the door that evening.

She was even more long winded, arrogant and aggressive. I could not get a word in edgewise. I did get my door fixed by another garage door repair company in Langford. He was quick, efficient, and very well priced.

Problem is, he then just leaves you twisting in the wind. He ghosts you; as he is sketchy & unreliable. I suppose programming my remote controls wasn't a big enough job for him. Pathetic!
