I was easily able to submit my inquiry/request on their website and they responded to me within 24 hours! I had a few changes to make to my order and they were very accommodating. The employees that came out to the venues to set up the balloons wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Both parties, I received so many compliments. Poor attitude and then some from the cashier today. Even asked her if she was having a bad day. Customer before me mentioned her loyalty number and she snapped that she would put the number in after.
